The End

Well, it is the end and The moment has been Prepared for.

My Prediction: Supreme Court Justice Eric Holder today helped the Left disband The Constitution of The US to be replaced by the Orwellian Diversity, Fairness, and Inclusion Contract on America.

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has died, the San Antonio Express-News reported on Saturday afternoon. He was 79.

Scalia passed away in his sleep while on a hunting trip in Marfa, Texas. Foul play is not suspected.

But the Foul stench of Sith Lord Obama is going to smell up the place for generations.

But Paul Ryan and The Republican will stop him….Really? If that’s our only hope then we need help, serious help.

No, it’s campaign season, and Hillary Clinton is fired up. Unfortunately, she’s fired up about who should nominate a judge to replace the late Antonin Scalia on the United States Supreme Court. Harry Reid and his coalition, which very likely includes the president himself, are urging President Obama to put up a nominee as soon as possible, while Mitch McConnell and crew maintain that the next president should make the decision.

Clinton has weighed in, and, as usual, the “progressive who gets things done” takes a shot at conservatives.

Mind you, she NOTHING BUT PARTISAN Herself.

Talk about NEVER LET A CRISIS GO TO WASTE!!  I’m surprised they haven’t got a nominee already (hence the Holder allusion at the beginning of this blog) for entirely partisan reasons.

And we all know how much the Left respects The Constitution. 🙂

It’s certainly no surprise that the No. 1 trending topic in the United States tonight is #Scalia, but why is Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas trending just a couple of steps behind?

The Liberals are on Death Watch. They are praying as hard as their non-secular hearts can go for all the Conservatives to just DIE!

Leftists, ever tolerant, loving assholes that they are, want him to die this weekend too.

— Amy Curtis (@moderncomments)

They have your best interests and the interests of The Founding Fathers and the Constitution at their core. 🙂

Their care and compassion overflow this Valentine’s Day with Love. 🙂

The love of Death to your enemies.

This is going to sound cold, but one down, one to go. Uncle Ruckkus (Clarence Thomas) needs to go next. Then our country can start healing.

— George freeman (@Numbers28)

Spread the Love. Here Comes Big Brother to give you Bear Hug. After all, The Constitution and Conservatives are the evil that must be exterminated for real compassion, caring and sensitivity to take over.:)

Now we just need the Grim Reaper to take out Clarence Thomas and Mitch McConnell and there’ll be #DancingInTheStreets! 😃👍

— Rosetta_GhoSTONED ;D (@RedRoseQueen1)

So a moment of silence for the end. She was a grand country, but the rot is nearly complete.

Conservatives will be hunted down and “re-educated”.

The End is nigh.

(if you’re expecting the Establish Republicans or Paul Ryan to save you…Why?)

The Lion’s Den

Fascinating Video.

Watch the Leftist indoctrinator/puppet mistress in the Left corner of the screen for extra credit.

FYI: Amherst says it is charging students $60,400 in tuition, fees, room and board. By comparison, it charged $43,300 in 2000-01, in inflation-adjusted dollars. So even after Amherst’s prices have been adjusted for economywide inflation, the cost has jumped 34 percent in only 14 years.

For perspective: Arizona State $21,000 in state, $35,000 out of state.

Now that’s White Privilege. 🙂

Dinesh D’Souza is a brave man and a very good speaker, but did the Leftists learn anything?

Of course not.

That, dear Citizens, would be a Thought Crime. Not to mention they are far to narcissistic for that.

If you enjoyed the viral clip of Dinesh destroying a self-satisfied campus leftist at Amherst earlier this year, check out this full-length video of the entire discussion on America’s role in the world.

Love this guy. 🙂

But I am Your King!

Now, 25 Republican governors – and one Democrat too – have said they don’t want Syrian refugees in their states, as President Obama recommitted the U.S. to take a portion of this population fleeing from ISIS.

Military age males…unable to vet properly (according to FBI and Intelligence agencies) from the country is the #1 sponsor and producer of terrorists in the world and one of the Paris Terrorists was a “refugee”. I don’t understand the reason for them to be cautious. 🙂

‘It is very important,’ Obama said. ‘That we do not close our hearts to these victims of such violence and somehow start equating the issue of refugees with the issue of terrorism.’

Yeah, don’t equate my Agenda with fighting terrorism. 🙂

my little trojan pony

Oh, and the Leftist yesterday were also going all “Supremacy Clause” on me so you know it’s about the Agenda and The Narrative and not about national security. It’s pure partisan politics.

You will do as your King commands or else!

The problem for Jindal, Abbott and the other governors opposed to admitting refugees, however, is that there is no lawful means that permits a state government to dictate immigration policy to the president in this way. As the Supreme Court explained in Hines v. Davidowitz, “the supremacy of the national power in the general field of foreign affairs, including power over immigration, naturalization and deportation, is made clear by the Constitution.” States do not get to overrule the federal government on matters such as this one.

This power to admit refugees fits within the scheme of “broad discretion exercised by immigration officials” that the Supreme Court recognized in its most recent major immigration case, Arizona v. United States. (Think Progress)

So you KNOW it’s just partisan politics. You might remember this one. It;s where the State of Arizona decided that since the Feds were not enforcing Federal Law, that they would and Obama and Holder slap them down basically saying if the they want to ignore the border they can.

Mind you, the Left also says the refugees and illegal immigration are two different issues, but they combine them anyways when it’s about their politics and their Agenda.

So you know it’s all politics.

‘If there were a group of radical Christians pledging to murder anyone who had a different religious view than they, we would have a different national security situation,’ Cruz said, who criticized the Obama administration for ‘pretend[ing] as if there is no religious aspect to this.’

Could be because he’s partial to Muslims over Christians. 🙂

But i’m just being “Islamophobic”, “heartless” and “aprtisan” right? It’s because Barack is black right? 🙂

Above, states where governors have voiced opposition to Syrian refugees are in dark red, with states voicing support for the resettlement in pink. Gray states have not made a statement, suggested a review of the policy or have said that they do not expect and refugees would be sent to them. Kentucky's outgoing Democratic governor has indicated that he will follow the federal government's lead on the issue, though the governor-elect, a Republican, has said that he would not
And you know the Left is in full manipulation mode when they start quoting The Devil Himself, The Great Satan, George W. Bush…

The Democratic president said he had a lot of disagreement with Bush on policy.

‘But I was very proud after 9/11 when he was adamant and clear about the fact that this is not a war on Islam,’ Obama said. ‘And the notion that some of those who’ve taken on leadership in his party would ignore all of that – that’s not who we are.’

The president called on Americans to follow Bush’s example.  (UK guardian)

So you know it’s an Agenda policy item and nothing else.
You are being manipulated.

European parliamentarians were warned of the “real and genuine threat” of the Islamic State putting 500,000 Islamic extremists in April this year. The British politician, Nigel Farage MEP, warned the EU its immigration policy placed a “direct threat to our civilisation”.

Mr Farage told a meeting of the European Parliament in French city of Strasbourg: “There is a real and genuine threat. When Isis say they want to flood our continent with half a million Islamic extremists, they mean it.

“There is nothing in this document that will stop those people from coming. Indeed I fear we face a direct threat to our civilisation if we allow large numbers of people from that war-torn region into Europe.

“It is ironic that nine days before a British General Mr Cameron and Mr Miliband are not engaged in this debate, and in fact the UK can do nothing. We are impotent, we have surrendered our ability to get involved (with stopping the immigrants).”

Despite Farage’s warning the EU continued to push ahead with its plan to force each EU country to take a percentage of the refugees. This left countries unable to secure their borders, and the Schengen Agreement meant most EU countries have dropped their passport controls. Only the UK and Ireland have a permanent exception from Schengen and are therefore allowed to keep passport controls.

Following news the French would treble their military presence against the Islamic State the UK admitted it had foiled seven major attacks recently. Islamic affairs expert, Alan Mendoza, said: “It is essential that Western nations now rethink their military strategy towards Islamic State. We have fought ?a phoney war to date and it has led to real casualties on European soil.

“We now need to redouble our efforts to expunge this scourge from the territory it holds. In Britain’s case, this will mean committing to military action in Syria, or risk becoming an international also-ran in terms of our influence.”

At tonight’s Mansion House speech in the City of London the Prime Minister, David Cameron, once again justified the British approach to dealing with the Jihadis. He said: “The more we learn about what happened in Paris the more it justifies the approach that we are taking in Britain.

“When you are dealing with radicalized European Muslims, linked to ISIL in Syria and inspired by a poisonous narrative of extremism, you need an approach that covers the full spectrum – military power, counter-terrorism expertise and defeating the poisonous narrative that is the root cause of this evil.”

His speech did not make any pledge to protect the UK from mass immigration, despite the public anger about it. However he had already pledged a ‘shoot to kill’ policy for terrorists in Britain, something that was immediately condemned by the leader of the UK Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn.

A petition demanding to shut the UK border to Syrian refugees has now reached 410,000. It is unlikely to be acted upon. (Townhall)

So do you want to be next? Is the risk of being “islamophobic” higher than the risk of MORE terrorists getting into the country?

Never Let a Crisis Go To Waste

The immortal words of the former Obama Chief of Staff rang in my ears as yet another school shooting happened in Oregon and immediately, almost before the bodies hit the ground Obama was out there pushing The Agenda, Gun Control.

Don’t make it about politics, the Left says, then makes it about THEIR politics almost before the bodies are cold.

Sickening.

Some people jumped on “muslims” early on. So the Leftist media jumped on THEM.

We are advised to not judge all Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but we are encouraged to judge all gun owners by the actions of lunatics.

“The shooter was lining people up and asking if they were Christian. If they said yes, then they were shot in the head. If they said no, or didn’t answer, they were shot in the legs.” it was said to be.

Gee, no hard “war on Christians” there. The Left and their Muslim brothers are safe. 🙂

The more people you kill, the more you’re in the limelight“.– The shooter

The Left WILL make him famous, for the sake of their Agenda.

liberal gun violence

Instead of focusing on what your agenda can gain, how about talking a long hard look at yourselves and the shooter first!

Naw, THE AGENDA IS THE AGENDA!!!  It’s the only thing that matters.

Less than six hours after the mass shooting today in Roseburg, Ore., President Obama called a press conference to demand new gun laws, a move he predicted would spur critics to accuse him of politicizing the issue. If they don’t accuse him of that, they might accuse him of making the tragedy about himself.

During today’s 12-minute address, President Obama referred to himself 28 times. (For those counting at home, that’s almost three times per minute.)

Note that in arriving at this calculation, we included mentions of “we” when he was clearly including himself as part of the plural pronoun; the many uses of “we” in referring to America at large were not included. (Grabien)

So, as usual, it’s all about him and his agenda. He wants to own the limelight, how ironic. 🙂

Harper-Mercer wrote in a post this August about how much he admired Vester Flanagan, the Roanoke shooter who killed a cameraman and newscaster at the television station where he had been employed after getting fired.

On that same profile it also showed that just three days ago Harper-Mercer uploaded This World Surviving Sandy Hook BBC Documentary 2015 for people to watch on the file sharing site.

The Shooter posted: ‘On an interesting note, I have noticed that so many people like him are all alone and unknown, yet when they spill a little blood, the whole world knows who they are. A man who was known by no one, is now known by everyone,’ wrote Harper-Mercer of Flanagan.

‘His face splashed across every screen, his name across the lips of every person on the planet, all in the course of one day. Seems the more people you kill, the more you’re in the limelight.’

He closed by saying; ‘Also, if anyone gets the chance, go on youtube and see the footage of him shooting those people. It’s a short video but good nonetheless. Will post more later.’

So he’s learned his lessons will, the dead Padawan did.

On a Dating site he listed himself as a mixed race Republican. Well, the Leftist will have slobbering Partisan chops fun with this one.

It will be all about the politics, destroying your ‘enemy’ (Republicans) and the Agenda.

The message that is screaming at you will be missed because it doesn’t serve The Agenda.

Gallery: On the killer's MySpace page he has several posts and pictures where he appears to praise the IRA and their terrorist activites

‘And they would stand up and he said, “Good, because you’re a Christian, you’re going to see God in just about one second,”‘ said Stacy  (one of the survivors).

‘And then he shot and killed them.’

Umpqua College was a gun free zone.
No guns allowed…

Unless you’re a crazed lunatic, that is…

Chris Harper-Mercer – a 26-year-old who idolized serial killers and who isn’t even remotely interesting to the Left, except for what he can do for their Agenda.

I often think the only reason Leftists are for Gun Control is that when they come to you with one of their Agenda items to destroy your life (The metaphorical “gun to your head”) and you want to resist so THEY want to be the only ones with any guns, metaphorical or otherwise. That way, you have no choice but to do what they want, when they want, because they want.

A Military style junta dictatorship. That suits the Left’s ambitions for control, does it not?

The Left should focus on the people first. It is after, the sensitive and compassionate thing to do.

Nope, Agenda first!

Let’s ban the guns!  Not treat the people.

It’s the Gun’s fault!

If we prevent you from having a gun this won’t happen, the Left’s Agenda thinks.

Guns don’t kill people, people with guns kill people. Treat the cause not the symptom, Doctor Leftist.

Sorry, not covered by the Agenda Medical plan.

THE AGENDA IS THE AGENDA!!

Gun control is “is something we should politicize.”–Obama.

“This is a political choice that we make. To allow this to happen every few months in America. We collectively are answerable to those families who lose their loved ones because of our inaction.”–Obama

It’s YOUR Fault!

Did this happen “every few months until a few years ago, my dear?

Sorry, The Agenda is The Agenda!

Obama admitted that this issue would require a change of politics, and that Americans who think gun violence is an epidemic should be thinking how to change the politics in Washington on this issue.

Aka elect Liberals, they do such a fine job of it.

Chicago, run by Raul “dead fish” Emmanuel who made the quote in the title of this blog infamous runs Chicago, and it has had even MORE gun violence since he and his liberal gun control buddies took over.

Guns don’t kill people. People with guns kill people.

Just like most blacks are killed by blacks, not whites, or white cops.

BUT

THE AGENDA IS THE AGENDA.

The truth doesn’t matter.

Prince John Rises

Now you know the Manchurian Speaker is in. Or is he just a Sith with a Sith Lord he has allegiance to in hiding?

Tea Party Republicans contemplating a bid to oust Rep. John Boehner (R-Ohio) shouldn’t count on Democrats to help them unseat the Speaker.

And without their support, there is no chance to topple Boehner in this Congress.

A number of right-wing Republicans, long wary of Boehner’s commitment to GOP efforts attacking President Obama’s policy priorities, have openly considered a coup in an attempt to transfer the gavel into more conservative hands.

But Democrats from across an ideological spectrum say they’d rather see Boehner remain atop the House than replace him with a more conservative Speaker who would almost certainly be less willing to reach across the aisle in search of compromise. Replacing him with a Tea Party Speaker, they say, would only bring the legislative process — already limping along — to a screeching halt.

“I’d probably vote for Boehner [because] who the hell is going to replace him? [Ted] Yoho?” Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.) said Wednesday, referencing the Florida Tea Party Republican who’s fought Boehner on a host of bipartisan compromise bills.

“In terms of the institution, I would rather have John Boehner as the Speaker than some of these characters who came here thinking that they’re going to change the world,” Pascrell added.

WOW! That’s definitely the essence of pure evil, wanting to change the world. “Fundamentally transform America” our King Barack said in 2008.

Hmmm… 🙂

So the fix is in and Prince John, “Jar Jar” Boehner has formally gone over to the Dark Side where Sith Lords like Nancy Pelosi and her minions will protect a Republican!!

I lost faith in him 5 years ago when I started calling him “Jar Jar” but now the vote from Republic to Empire has occurred so welcome to the Socialist Empire known as THE UNITED SOCIALIST STATES OF AMERICA.

And if you don’t like it? Tough shit. The Republican elite have sold you out to The Empire, formally.

As proof of the discontent, 167 Republicans bucked their leadership by opposing the DHS package. Their votes protested Boehner’s move to strip out provisions undoing Obama’s executive actions shielding millions of immigrants living illegally in the U.S. from deportation.

Rep. Matt Salmon (R-Ariz.) called Boehner’s capitulation “a sad day for America.”

“If we aren’t going to fight now, when are we going to fight?” he said Tuesday just before the vote.

They aren’t.

Every Democrat joined 75 Republicans in passing the bill. 167 Republican voted against it.

“The point is to do what we told the voters we were going to do and do it in a way that’s consistent with the United States Constitution.”–Rep Jim Jordon.

And Prince John is not even close to that. He has his own Agenda. All that guff he said in 2014 was “campaign speak” aka lying one’s ass of to get elected.

“I think it would pose a real existential dilemma for us,” said Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-Va.). “I mean, on the one hand, if you have a chance to take out a Republican Speaker, why wouldn’t you do that? On the other hand, if the obvious alternative is a Tea Party Speaker, now you’ve got to worry not only about your own political situation but frankly about the institution.

“I think that would give very serious pause to the Democrats.”

Machiavelli would be proud!

Other Democrats suggested they would side with Boehner for one simple reason: They’re hoping to move bipartisan legislation this Congress and see Boehner as a more moderate leader with a penchant for compromise.

He’s spineless and will let us do whatever we want, so why wouldn’t we want him over someone who stands on their principles.

“Personally, I don’t want to waste two years,” Rep. Jim McGovern (D-Mass.) said Wednesday. “And I think that the crazy Tea Party type would probably not be willing to work with us on anything.

Yes, we Tea Party people who value the Constitution are “crazy”. 🙂

As for working with Democrats, I will repeat my often said definition of Democrat Bi-Partisanship: They get 100% of what they want, when they want it, and you give it to them willingly. End of discussion.

“My hope is that, what comes out of this is that Boehner realizes that there are some people in his caucus who are unreasonable, and you can never get them to say ‘yes’ to anything,” McGovern added. “Rather than spending so much time agonizing over how to please them, maybe he just ought to focus on how you build more bipartisan coalitions and actually get some things done.”

Join the Dark Side Jonnie and become our puppet and do everything we want. Screw those evil Constitutionalist and people who are actually Conservatives and want to govern like actual Conservatives because they are crazy idealistic nutjobs.

The Constitution, who gives a crap about that old rag…

Join the Socialist Revolution and The Dark Side, Feel it’s Power!

(aside: what’s funny is that the Left thinks Netanyahu is Vader so I can’t be that far off) 🙂

38% Correct

Spike that climate change football! The mainstream media has spent the past few days doing a victory dance in the endzone because of the announcement that 2014 was the hottest year on record based on instrument observations that the earth’s temperature might have increased by a factor of two-hundreths of a degree centrigrade with a margin of error of a tenth of a degree centigrade….meaning that a decrease in temperature was also well within the margin of error. However, that fact did not diminish the triumphal certitude of the temperature increase “fact” by many MSM outets such as the New York Times as chronicled by Newsbusters’ Clay Waters or General Electric Vox which flat out declared, It’s official: 2014 was the hottest year ever recorded.

The Agenda is The Agenda and the truth doesn’t matter!

Actually, a much more accurate Vox title would be, “It’s official: 62% chance 2014 not the hottest year ever recorded.” Why? Because the NASA scientists who were cited in the reports now claim they are only 38% sure which is another way of saying they were probably wrong. The U.K. Daily Mail tossed the cold water upon the numerous MSM happy dances about 2014 being the hottest year on record with this sobering reality check report.
DailyMail: Yet the Nasa press release failed to mention this, as well as the fact that the alleged ‘record’ amounted to an increase over 2010, the previous ‘warmest year’, of just two-hundredths of a degree – or 0.02C. The margin of error is said by scientists to be approximately 0.1C – several times as much.

As a result, GISS’s director Gavin Schmidt has now admitted Nasa thinks the likelihood that 2014 was the warmest year since 1880 is just 38 per cent. However, when asked by this newspaper whether he regretted that the news release did not mention this, he did not respond. Another analysis, from the Berkeley Earth Surface Temperature (BEST) project, drawn from ten times as many measuring stations as GISS, concluded that if 2014 was a record year, it was by an even tinier amount.
Its report said: ‘Numerically, our best estimate for the global temperature of 2014 puts it slightly above (by 0.01C) that of the next warmest year (2010) but by much less than the margin of uncertainty.

‘Therefore it is impossible to conclude from our analysis which of 2014, 2010, or 2005 was actually the warmest year… the Earth’s average temperature for the past decade has changed very little.’

SO WE ARE NOT ALL GOING TO DIE IN A FIERY MAN MADE HELL BY 2040! 🙂

Climate sceptics insisted that the new figures showed the warming ‘pause’ had continued. Dr David Whitehouse, of the Global Warming Policy Forum, said ‘there has been no statistically significant warming trend since 1997’ – because the entire increase over this period was smaller than the error margin.

NB: It turns out there is only a 38% chance that this latest global warming (later change to “climate change” when the preceding didn’t materialize) “fact”  is true which means probably wrong. Here is the sad truth for the MSM global warming triumphalists as reported by the Daily Mail:

The Nasa climate scientists who claimed 2014 set a new record for global warmth last night admitted they were only 38 per cent sure this was true.

In a press release on Friday, Nasa’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS) claimed its analysis of world temperatures showed ‘2014 was the warmest year on record’.

The claim made headlines around the world, but yesterday it emerged that GISS’s analysis – based on readings from more than 3,000 measuring stations worldwide – is subject to a margin of error. Nasa admits this means it is far from certain that 2014 set a record at all.

Yet the Nasa press release failed to mention this, as well as the fact that the alleged ‘record’ amounted to an increase over 2010, the previous ‘warmest year’, of just two-hundredths of a degree – or 0.02C. The margin of error is said by scientists to be approximately 0.1C – several times as much.

WAAAAH! I want my global warming delusions back!

If it makes you feel better, one of the NASA scientists is trying to ease your pain:

As a result, GISS’s director Gavin Schmidt has now admitted NASA thinks the likelihood that 2014 was the warmest year since 1880 is just 38 per cent. However, when asked by this newspaper whether he regretted that the news release did not mention this, he did not respond.

Exit question: What is the probability that all those MSM outlets that reported as a flat out fact that 2014 as the hottest year on record will soon cite the fact that they were probably 62% wrong according to the NASA scientists? 38%? Nil? None? (NB)

F*ck YOU (SOTU)

Political Cartoons by Glenn McCoy

Mr. Obama issued a broad call for “a better politics” that began with common principles, and said his agenda isn’t political, pointing out “I have no more campaigns to run.”

Excuse me a moment…

BARF!

Sorry, couldn’t find a barf bag big enough to hold that in.

Being “civil” and “better politics” just means “kiss my ass more” and do as I want, for I am King.

That drew rousing applause from the GOP side of the aisle, which had sat on its hands as Mr. Obama had ticked off partisan proposals he wanted to see, and threatened vetoes of bipartisan bills Republicans are trying to pass.

I didn’t watch it. “Hotel Impossible” was much more entertaining than watch The King spout off about how great he his and how “fair” and wonderful things would be if everyone just did as they were told every second of every day forever more.

Class Warfare.

“fairness”

“Soak the Rich” ( rob from the rich and allegedly give to the poor) Wealth Redistribution.

Illegals are people too. Kiss…Kiss..

Corporate America is Evil.

The Middle Class (that he’s destroying).

Global Warming.

Republicans will just pass “partisan” bills that he will veto.

And “violent extremists” are bad, but they aren’t Islamic (or maybe he’ll just ignore that all together and hope no one notices).

Blah blah blah Blah Agenda Agenda Agenda…

Am I close? 🙂

The applause was too much for Mr. Obama, who punctuated his declaration that his campaigns are over by saying, “I know, because I won both of them.”

Nah, nah, nah nah!! <sticks tongue out> “I won” <nuggie Boehner>

Yeah, it helps when the Liberal Media studiously and with great effort hides all the bad stuff under the rug or just flat out lies for you 24/7.

Mr. Obama’s two separate veto threats in his speech this year is tied for the most in any State of the Union going back at least a century. President George W. Bush also issued two veto threats in 2008, and President Clinton issued two in 1996.

But Mr. Obama’s threat may have been the broadest, with one of his threats covering everything from immigration to tweaking Obamacare to revamping the Dodd-Frank Wall Street reforms. (WT)

Basically, if you pass anything that is NOT on MY AGENDA, I will veto it, meaning basically everything for the next 2 years.

I have a mighty Pen to go with my Mighty Ego and thou shalt bow down before your Almighty King!

Stossel:

President Obama sure is consistent. His State of the Union address sounded like his other speeches: What I’ve done is great! America is in a much better position. We’ve created a manufacturing sector that’s adding jobs. More oil is produced at home. I cut deficits in half!

Give me a break. The deficit is lower now not because of any prudence on Obama’s part but merely because the $800 billion stimulus spending blowout didn’t continue. All the president does is increase spending: free community college, free Obamaphones, free birth control, etc. Yes, our annual deficit is lower, but it’s still $488 billion! Our $18 trillion national debt increases by $3 million every minute!

Yes, more oil is produced at home, but that’s in spite of the administration. Oil production is down on public land.

Yes, the manufacturing sector added jobs, but that’s mostly because of cheaper natural gas created by fracking, which Obama’s cronies opposed. Also, America is finally recovering from recession. Obama’s policies probably slowed that recovery.

Does the President delude himself when he takes credit for oil production, lower deficits, etc.? Or does he mislead on purpose? I don’t know.

More recently he bragged, “I created the lowest unemployment rate in years.” He created it? He must know it’s “low” only compared to the 10 percent reached during the recession — and because millions have simply given up looking for work. This recovery is the slowest in 70 years.

If Obama gave the State of the Union address I’d like to hear, he’d say this:

I heard you, voters, in November when you took control of the Senate away from my party. I get it. I overreached. I was arrogant. I imposed Obamacare on a nation that was deeply divided about it. I ruled through executive orders instead of legislation. I threw money at “green” nonsense. I’ll give up the payments to the “green energy” industry if the Republicans stop coddling defense contractors.

I’ve been in government for years now. I know how badly it works. The last thing I should try to do is make it bigger. In fact, with Republicans now in control of Congress, it’s time I worked with them to shrink government. If we shrink it, we might even dig our way out of the debt hole we’re in. Heck, if we just slow the growth of government to 2 percent a year, we’d be in better shape.

But I didn’t even try to accomplish that. I pretended taxing the rich would solve our financial problems. But there aren’t enough rich people to tax. I got drunk on the idea of promising voters “free” stuff such as low down-payment mortgages and guaranteed paid family leave. I told them that all good things come from government. That’s nonsense.

We should put an end to all bailouts. Businesses that screw up should accept the consequences, just like ordinary people who spend recklessly. Main Street should never again be forced to rescue Wall Street.

Instead of expanding government control of health care, we should phase it out. That includes Medicare. I know Medicare is popular, but it is unsustainable. Let current retirees receive their benefits as promised, but younger people should pay for their own health care.

People criticize the economic distortion created by welfare, but Medicare and Social Security are almost as bad. Both redistribute money away from the young and struggling toward those of us who have had decades to invest and save up.

To make these challenges a little easier to deal with, let’s make America richer by abolishing most regulations. They strangle opportunity.

The more I think about it, the more Congress and I could transform America for the better just by getting out of America’s way. The state of our union will be truly strong if the state — by which I mean government — is strictly limited.

But government is a 18 billion ton drug addict with full access to it’s own self-sustaining drug supply. 😦

Jar Jar is Re-elected Speaker

It’s not secret I have NO faith in the spineless RINO establishment elitist John Boehner who got re-elected as Speaker of The House. The man who can cave into Liberals faster than the speed of light.

Washington DC, you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.

So what if the Republicans control the Congress if the leadership is not there to do anything productive for The People instead of just there to perpetuate their own power and aggrandize their own selves.

John Boehner is getting revenge.

After he secured his third term as speaker Tuesday afternoon, losing 25 votes on the House floor to some relative-unknown members of the Republican Conference, Boehner moved swiftly to boot two of the insurgents from the influential Rules Committee. That could be just the start of payback for the speaker’s betrayers, who might see subcommittee chairmanships and other perks fall away in the coming months. (Politico)

How Dare They Oppose ME!

FI FI FO FUM I SMELL THE STENCH OF A TEA PARTIER!

IF the Congress passes the legislation necessary to halt the 3rd world socialist slide Obama will stand proudly in their way.

Secure in the knowledge that Jar Jar will blink first every time.

“Me sa ready to compromise” -Jar Jar Boehner

And I have said numerous time before, compromise with a Liberal means you get nothing and they get everything they wanted.

“We don’t need these fringe guys as much as we did anymore,” said a GOP leadership aide, speaking on the condition of anonymity. “We can let them walk on certain bills, and it just won’t matter. That gives us breathing room.”

Those “fringe guys” are the one who got you the Majority in the first place, but that hardly matters to elite establishment. It’s Power for Power sake. Their own little Feifdom and Jar Jar is King, so “OFF WITH THEIR HEADS” anyone who dare Oppose The Lord Jar Jar!

So good ole spineless Johnnie will puff himself up and go up the hill with his pail of water and Obama will dump it on him and he’ll come crying home like the defeated nerd who just got a wedgy from a bully.

Sith Lord Obama: “These are not the budget cuts you are looking for”

The Agenda is The Agenda <<Darth Vader breathing>>!!

I am greatly saddened. Our last best hope has gone.

I felt a great disturbance in the budget, as if Trillions of dollars suddenly cried out in terror and disappeared…

But look on the horizon…it’s….JEB BUSH! 😦

He’ll save us! 🙂

The Energy Agenda

Like your energy savings due to the crash in oil prices? Well, Obama and the Luddite Liberals have a solution for that.

Can you guess what?

More government regulations to harass and strangle.  After all, we should all have a wind farm in our backyard and solar panels like siding on the house, and driving an electric car. Anything else is just evil.:)

The Obama administration has just announced it will issue at least six new major rules directed at the oil and gas industry — an energy strategy that only the member nations of OPEC and Vladimir Putin could love.

The rules would, among other things, curtail methane emissions from natural gas and oil, place new restrictions on fracking, impose further limits on Arctic drilling and impose new safety standards on rail tanker cars.

Never mind that the oil and gas industry has to rely on rail to transport petroleum because Obama has blocked the far cleaner and more efficient alternative of moving oil and gas through pipelines.

More important, these are the kinds of mindless regulations out of this White House that could trip up the economy just as it’s showing signs of new life.

That’s why he has to kill it, and kill it now. Misery loves his Agenda. Miserable people will turn to government for “help” aka power, political power. So you can heat and cool your home with political wind power and solar from the enlightenment of total government control of your life.

Rejoice.

The oil and gas industry has carried the rest of the economy on its shoulders for the last six years. But with prices falling, drillers are struggling to keep operations running. Thanks to the boom in shale oil and gas, oil prices have dropped by nearly 50% since the summer. New drilling permits are falling and some marginal wells are already shutting down.

The decline in energy prices is a windfall benefit for the U.S. economy of an estimated $150 billion a year. But drillers must try to tough it out, and somehow earn what are now razor-thin profits.

Could there be a worse time for new EPA regulations to raise the cost of producing our domestic energy? Obviously, the answer is no, but this isn’t collateral damage; it’s the very point of the regulatory onslaught.

The Agenda is the Agenda. Damn the consequences full speed ahead!!

This is an administration that hates fossil fuels, so the endgame here is a slow death to the oil, gas and coal industries by regulatory strangulation. This will force-feed the nation to consume much more expensive “green” energy.

And feel morally and intellectually superior for it. After all, it’s for your own good. 🙂

The biggest beneficiaries from this lunacy will be many of America’s mortal enemies. By driving up the cost of domestic energy production, OPEC, the Saudi oil sheiks, the IS terrorist networks funded with petrodollars and Vladimir Putin come away big winners.

The losers will be the hundreds of thousands of Americans employed by the oil and gas industry, anyone who drives a car, U.S. manufacturers who benefit from low energy costs and families who use natural gas to heat their homes or for electricity.

Like he cares. The Agenda is The Agenda.

It seems so economically traitorous that one wonders whether Obama can pull it off. But this is a “transformational” president who has already nationalized much of our health insurance industry, run the federal budget deficit through the roof, passed mind-numbingly complicated new financial services rules and defunded America’s military.

Press reports indicate his next grandiose mission in his last two years in office is to burnish his “green” legacy by destroying fossil fuel production — as his EPA is already accomplishing when it comes to coal.

What is doubly insidious is that Obama often gives speeches on the economy boasting of the energy revolution that has happened on his watch, even while all the president’s men and women are pursuing strategies behind the scenes to flatten the industry.

These include blocking permits for drilling on energy-rich federal lands, preventing the Keystone pipeline and other infrastructure projects necessary for oil and gas to flourish and some of the toughest EPA standards to discourage fossil fuel-based power plants.

In every budget he demands higher taxes on the oil and gas industry — even as he showers the green energy industry with taxpayer subsidies.

Over the past six years, nearly all the net new jobs in the U.S. economy have come from oil and gas producers. Our reliance on foreign oil has dropped from 60% as recently as 2007 to less than half that in 2013. If the federal government simply stays out of the way, the U.S. by 2020 can be an energy-exporting nation, no longer reliant on dangerous, expensive and unstable foreign sources.

Even the radical environmental case for these regulations is flimsy. The U.S. already has reduced carbon emissions more than any other major nation. Oil, gas and coal production is cleaner than ever before. Obama’s attempt to slash energy production will only make us and the world more reliant on dirtier forms of energy produced abroad — thus increasing greenhouse gas emissions.

Republicans, who will hold majorities in both houses of Congress in January, must do everything in their power to stop these executive actions by an administration run amok.

The president will likely see a rise in his popularity rating over the next several weeks because when gasoline prices fall, Americans feel better about the economic direction of the country.

The new White House rules are yet another reminder that the benefits of the U.S. energy boom are in spite of, not because of, Obama policies. If utility bills and gas prices at the pump start to spike again in 2015 — Americans should remember who they have to thank for that.

After all, The Agenda is The Agenda!

Contempt

The executive order, which President Obama has issued, granting amnesty to millions of individuals now residing illegally in our country, should make clear the profound disregard our president has for American voters, our constitution, and our two-party system.

The Agenda is The Agenda!

It might be possible to justify this action if it was addressing a national emergency of utmost urgency or clearly reflected the priorities and wishes of the American people. But neither is the case.

They were an urgency for The Agenda, especially with Satan having control of The Congress.

Republicans just won a decisive election, giving them control of both houses of congress, interpreted uniformly as a repudiation of the president and his agenda.

But all he saw was the 2/3 of the people didn’t vote as justification, after all, he is a much beloved King is he not! 🙂

To totally disregard what just happened at the polls, and not wait the few weeks until the new Congress is sworn in and has the opportunity to deliberate on this huge and complex issue, shows the contempt which this president holds for the constitutional republic which put him in office.

Means to end, nothing more.

But don’t just take my word for it.

In a new Wall Street Journal/NBC poll, 48 percent expressed opposition to the president acting through executive order on the immigration issue and 38 percent supported it.

Democrats only listen to polls that favor their agenda, everything else is just white noise.

In the same poll, 56 percent said congress should “take the lead in setting policy for the country” and 33 percent said President Obama should.

That would be McConnell and “Jar Jar” Boehner. Not encouraging.

There are differences of opinion whether the president’s action is constitutional, not surprisingly aligned with party affiliation.

But appreciating that there are sharp differences of opinion leads again to the same conclusion. Short of a national emergency, wait until the new government the American people just voted for convenes and can deliberate, in a manner consistent with how this nation was conceived and designed to work.

There is no poll showing that that the immigration issue sits at the top of concerns of the American people.

But it sits at the top of The Agenda. Gotta get all those new Democrats to vote for Queen Hillary in 2 years!

In exit polls from the last election reported by the Wall Street Journal, 45 percent said the economy was their issue of top concern compared to just 14 percent who gave immigration top priority.

But the Liberal will go about how much growth has gone on under them and tell everything’s great, except for evil Corporate America and evil Fossil Fuels! 🙂

Even among Hispanic voters, according to the Pew Research Hispanic Trends Project, exits polls showed 49 percent said the economy was the most important issue, compared to just 16 percent ranking immigration at the top.

The Agenda is The Agenda!

This is all too reminiscent of what we went through with the passage of the Affordable Care Act, Obamacare, at the beginning of the first term of this administration.

The Agenda is The Agenda!

The economy was in deep recession. When all efforts and attention should have been on fixing the economy and restoring growth, the main focus of the first year of the Obama administration was on the president’s pet personal agenda – nationalizing one sixth of the American economy by way of health care.

But they got their Holy Grail, eventual control of who lives and who dies!

For those with short memories, it was finally rammed through without a single Republican vote, and against the sentiments of the American people, as indicated by the polls.

Democrats don’t even remember what happened last week. Jonathan Gruber? Who’s that. Why would they remember anything like this, they “saved” health care and that’s all that matters.

A history of the average of polls on Obamacare from the day it was signed into law in March 2010 to today shows that there has not been a day when the polling has been net favorable.

Doesn’t matter. The Agenda is The Agenda and it’s for your own good.

Even from the point of view of blacks, who have been Obama’s most consistent and loyal consistency, this executive order is inscrutable. How can unilateral amnesty, making millions of low-income workers here illegally, legal, be in the interest of black Americans, where unemployment stands at 10.8 percent – twice the national rate?

Because he says so, and besides, they are too “stupid” to understand they are getting screwed. 🙂

Immediately poisoning the well from which both parties must draw water in order to do the nation’s business over the next two years, says something about the importance our president gives to the nation’s business.

Saul Alinsky would be so proud.

As has been the case from day one, the Obama priority is the progressive transformation of America, not the strength, meaning, and integrity of our nation.

Absolutely TRANSPARENTly so.

The recent elections show that citizens are finally waking up. But it’s going to be a long and bitter two years. (Star Parker)

So the media has to put them back to sleep.

For then comes Queen Hillary…:)

Political Cartoons by Nate Beeler

The Obama administration is set to roll out a series of climate and pollution measures that rivals any president’s environmental actions of the past quarter-century — a reality check for Republicans who think last week’s election gave them a mandate to end what they call the White House’s “War on Coal.”

Tied to court-ordered deadlines, legal mandates and international climate talks, the efforts scheduled for the next two months show that President Barack Obama is prepared to spend the remainder of his term unleashing sweeping executive actions to combat global warming. And incoming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell will have few options for stopping the onslaught, though Republicans may be able to slow pieces of it.

Now that’s real Bi-Partisanship. Working with Congress. Very Transparent also. 🙂

The coming rollout includes a Dec. 1 proposal by EPA to tighten limits on smog-causing ozone, which business groups say could be the costliest federal regulation of all time; a final rule Dec. 19 for clamping down on disposal of power plants’ toxic coal ash; the Jan. 1 start date for a long-debated rule prohibiting states from polluting the air of their downwind neighbors; and a Jan. 8 deadline for issuing a final rule restricting greenhouse gas emissions from future power plants. That last rule is a centerpiece of Obama’s most ambitious environmental effort, the big plan for combating climate change that he announced at Georgetown University in June 2013.

Obama announced yet another initiative Wednesday in Beijing, where he and Chinese President Xi Jinping jointly committed to targets for the two nations to curb their carbon emissions during the next two decades. And on top of all that, the administration is expected in the coming weeks to pledge millions of dollars — and possibly billions — to help poor countries deal with the effects of climate change.

And the poor deluded idiot doesn’t see that the #1 polluter on the planet is the Chinese Leader sitting next to him. The one who is laughing at his gullibility and naivete.

The pending EPA actions alone could amount to the most ambitious burst of environmental regulatory activity from Washington since President George H.W. Bush approved a crucial set of amendments to the Clean Air Act in 1990 — although Obama’s administration has already taken several big strides of its own, including limits on mercury pollution from power plants.

The administration was committed to its upcoming deadlines many months ago, in some cases under court order, after postponing a number of the actions until after the 2012 or 2014 elections. Now that Obama is almost out of time, they’re coming all at once.

On deck are even more climate actions that will stretch well into 2015. In June, EPA is due to put out a final version of its rule for cutting greenhouse gases from the nation’s existing power plants — the linchpin of Obama’s entire climate effort.

“In a world that was turned upside down on Election Day, two things are certain,” said Heather Zichal, who served as Obama’s top climate change adviser until 2013. “One: Corporate polluters and their allies in Congress will continue to fight against progress on the broader climate agenda. Two: The president is and will remain 100 percent committed to his climate action plan and he’ll fight to protect it.”

THE AGENDA IS THE AGENDA. But’s the other guy who’s the intransigent asshole! 🙂

The kicker for Republicans eager to stomp all over the president’s agenda: Congress has little immediate recourse, despite McConnell’s pledges to use “the spending process” to rein in EPA. With so much action rolling through the pipeline, Republicans will have to choose their battles carefully if they want to make headway while proving they can govern.

The Obama Tsunami is coming.

In an interview after Election Day, McConnell acknowledged that stopping Obama will be difficult, given the president’s veto power. McConnell has also promised a return to regular order, and Republicans probably won’t want to repeat last year’s government shutdown in hopes of forcing the president’s hand.

Transparency anyone? 🙂

“I think that actually preventing EPA from moving forward on the climate change regs will be a challenge,” said industry attorney Jeff Holmstead, who headed the agency’s air office during the George W. Bush administration.

If Congress tries to defang “high profile” regulations like those on carbon emissions, “we would expect the president to veto,” said Cal Dooley, a former Democratic member of Congress who heads the chemical industry’s trade association. “And I don’t expect that you’ll have a two-thirds vote in the Senate to override.”

So the Agenda is the Agenda, and it’s those nasty Republicans fault for being divisive and partisan!

Greens are counting on Obama to hold the line, especially on climate change.

“We are very confident that he will continue to take the common sense steps necessary to make this strong plan a reality,” League of Conservation Voters President Gene Karpinski said in an email. “That may not please the climate change deniers, but it is the right thing to do for our health, our economy, and our security.

F*CK YOU! We’re going to do it anyways! But that’s the Republicans fault and by extension the “stupid” voters who voted for them.

On the other hand, a GOP-led Congress could pass agency-specific spending bills with riders that undercut rules that seem less important to Obama. Some Republicans think he might swallow an attack on the ozone rule, for example.

Christine Todd Whitman, who served as George W. Bush’s first EPA administrator, said the Republicans’ new Senate leaders will at least try to hobble the agency.

“It’s going to get harder for EPA,” she said. “With Jim Inhofe as chair of the Environment and Public Works Committee, I think what they’re going to do is starve the agency.”

EPA is not the only agency pushing new rules, however. The Interior Department is also expected to release a long-delayed draft regulation in the spring that tightens limits on mountaintop-removal coal mining.

Say hello to your higher bills, courtesy of The King of all he surveys!

And Obama’s negotiators are working on plans for an international global warming agreement, set to be signed in Paris at the end of 2015, that would require the U.S. and other nations to slash greenhouse gas emissions for decades to come.

SUCKERS!

The U.S. is also expected to announce in the coming weeks how much money it will contribute to an international fund for helping poor countries deal with the effects of global warming. Developed countries have pledged to raise $100 billion a year from government and private sources for that cause by 2020, with some of the money going to the fund. But the prospect of handing billions of dollars in climate aid to the developing world is not going to win much applause from Republicans, who could block the money through the appropriations process.

And, of course, you can’t hate the poor right? 🙂

The U.S. will probably announce its pledge before or during a Nov. 20 meeting in Berlin.

“I think this will be one of the more challenging outcomes of the elections in terms of implementing the administration’s climate plan,” said Heather Coleman, climate change policy manager at Oxfam America.

The administration had previously postponed many of the upcoming regulatory actions, most notoriously with the surprise September 2011 decision to squelch EPA’s proposal to lower its smog limits. That decision blindsided both EPA leaders and environmentalists, and was widely regarded as an effort to defuse a major regulatory controversy before Obama had to run for reelection.

Similarly, EPA issued a proposed rule on coal ash in 2010, but sat on it for nearly four years until a federal court imposed a deadline for this December.

All the glare focusing on Obama’s big climate rules means that other items on his environmental agenda are getting less public attention than they once did. That could aid Republicans’ push to weaken some of regulations through negotiations with the White House and EPA, perhaps with deals to delay rules rather than repeal them outright. But that would depend on McConnell keeping the House from insisting on hardcore anti-EPA bills that would be surefire veto bait.

And The King and his Ministry of Truth are always looking for bait to use in the never-ending battle to make sure  you “Vote for me, the other guy’s an asshole!”.

The word from the Hill “is that McConnell really is interested in trying to show that Republicans can get things done, so I think they’re going to try to come up with some narrow bills where the President could sign,” Holmstead said.

Among other possibilities, Sen. John Hoeven (R-N.D.) hopes to bring up legislation that would shift authority away from EPA on regulating coal ash ponds. Given the agency’s previous reluctance to deal with coal ash at all, the White House might not fight him too hard.

Efforts to tighten ozone regulations are clearly not a top White House priority either, given Obama’s efforts to punt the rule in 2011. But defying the court deadline to finish the rule — “that’s where it’s going to take congressional action,” Dooley said. The manufacturing industry broadly opposes tightening the ozone standards, which it says could make permits more difficult and expensive to obtain.

Former Sen. Tim Wirth, a Democrat who served as the Clinton administration’s top international climate negotiator, thinks Obama will push through his main agenda regardless of what Republicans come up with.

“He’ll just do what he’s going to do anyway,” Wirth said. (Politico)

It’s good to be the king, especially with those partisan asshole Republicans around to blame for everything. 🙂
