Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi: “This resolution is a fitting tribute. It is a great resolution. Please, read it again and again. Carry those names in your heart. Remember, each of these people because, again, a tragic accident took lives, wounded people in the expression of ideas.”

Thanks, Nancy. For nothing! 😦

*************************************

This is my 500th blog post so I am where I more or less began, ObamaCare.

The greatest abomination every crammed down the American people’s throat in American History. Period.

And if the normal things government does doesn’t bankrupt us this surely will.

No doubt.

So with that, new info on ObamaCare from americansolutions.com (just click on the links if you want more info or a copy of the charts- The wall chart below has to be blown up to 400% to be seen and read properly by the way- it was a WALL chart, after all):

159-Agencies-Map_580x290.jpg

  • Obamacare adds 159 new agencies, offices, and commissions to an already bloated federal government.
  • Obamacare threatens to increase costs for American businesses by more than $4 billion.
  • The Obama administration has threatened companies who dare to blame Obamacare’s new regulations and taxes as a reason for their higher operating costs.
  • The law is so toxic that even several Democrats introduced legislation in 2010 to repeal part of the bill.
  • Health care premium costs are going up under Obamacare, even though President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid all claimed that would not happen.
  • Citing high costs and the potential for employees to lose their health coverage, the Obama administration has already issued more than 100 waivers for companies to be exempt from certain provisions in Obamacare.

Actually, the waivers are at over 220 and comprise mostly of companies and unions friendly to the Democrats or people they hope to be Democrats.

ATLANTA – The Center for Health Transformation (CHT) today unveiled its first wall chart of the 2010 healthcare legislation, making the enormous diagram available to the public, members of Congress and those in the medical community to view the complexity of the six-week-old legislation.

“This chart demonstrates how Obamacare is going to make American health care much more complicated,” said Newt Gingrich, founder of the Center and former Speaker of the House of Representatives. “With the release of these diagrams CHT will be the go-to place for information on the new health legislation.”

The chart illustrates how Obamacare will create 159 boards, commissions, bureaus, programs and offices of the federal government to carry out new tasks under the health care law. Most of these ideas are undefined and will be determined in the coming years under agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control or the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.

“This diagram shows the new law is a massive expansion of government and does little to focus on improving individual health,” Gingrich said. “This is a blueprint for more regulation and more headaches for every American – especially those who rely on the government for health insurance coverage.”

The Center’s CEO, Nancy Desmond, said the chart is the first in a series that will provide straightforward facts about the Obama healthcare law and will help Americans understand how the law is playing out and what will happen in the future.

“Our goal is to serve as a trusted resource where people can get updates regarding the facts on the health law,” Desmond said. “We believe that people have the right to know what their government is doing, and CHT is dedicated to doing what we can to fulfilling that right to know.”

Desmond added: “Our first chart provides the names of 159 new government programs and their reporting structure. As individuals are appointed and new regulations are introduced, we will add to the charts.”

Desmond said the next chart will be a massive timeline of actions scheduled, public response periods created and a checklist that CHT will update weekly so Americans can track what the federal government is doing regarding healthcare.

Among the new programs in the law illustrated in the wall chart: the Interagency Pain Coordinating Committee; the Community Preventive Services Task Force; the Medicare Shared Savings Program; the Office of Indian Men’s Health; the Food and Drug Administration’s State-Based Reinsurance Program; and the Commission on Key National Indicators.

Most of ObamaCare’s taxes dishonestly take effect AFTER the 2012 election but here are a few for 2011:

Atr.og: 2011 HSA Withdrawal Tax Hike($1.4 bil/Jan 2011): Increases additional tax on non-medical early withdrawals from an HSA from 10 to 20 percent, disadvantaging them relative to IRAs and other tax-advantaged accounts, which remain at 10 percent.

Employer Reporting of Insurance on W-2(Min$/Jan 2011): Preamble to taxing health benefits on individual tax returns.

And while you’re at it, Look up ADVERSE SELECTION. Be amazed. 🙂

Michael Ramirez Cartoon

And add in $4 or $5 a Gallon Gasoline.

Inflation (though the liberals and the media have been working 24/7 to hide the 1000-lb gorilla in the next room bashing on the door)

Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid.

And for all you Class Warfare Liberals out there, some wisdom from Dr. Thomas Sowell:

Bailouts say: “Give the taxpayers a little rhetoric, and a little smoke and mirrors with the bookkeeping, and we can keep the party rolling.”

One of the political games that is played during a budget crisis is to cut back on essential services like police departments and fire departments, in order to blackmail the public into accepting higher tax rates. Often, a lot more money could be saved by getting rid of runaway pension contracts with public sector unions.

Take California for instance:

Jerry Brown, a Liberal from the 1970’s, was elected largely by Unions (the Nurse’s Union was behind the whole Illegal Maid Scandal) got their payback in his budget to start cutting California’s $26 BILLION dollar budget deficit by savaging everyone in California, EXCEPT THE UNIONS!

Shocking, I know. 🙂

So stick it to everyone except the bloodsuckers who are killing you because they are the ones who got you elected.

Illinois, the same thing. Unions are being protected against the “shared sacrifice” because they are an important Liberal voting block.

Hence, why many of the waivers for ObamaCare are UNIONS!

But the amount of money it would take to keep the poor from starving in the streets is chump change compared to how much it would take to keep on feeding unions, subsidized businesses and other special interests who are robbing the taxpayers blind.

Letting armies of government employees retire in their 50s, to live for decades on pensions larger than they were making when they were working, costs a lot more than keeping the poor from starving in the streets.

Pouring the taxpayers’ money down a thousand bottomless pits of public and private boondoggles costs a lot more than keeping the poor from starving in the streets.

Bankruptcy says: “We just don’t have the money.” End of discussion.

And just in case you weren’t cynicial enough (like me) about the Tucson Campaign Rally:

Bracing for a half-billion-dollar onslaught of outside GOP cash in 2012, President Barack Obama’s advisers are quietly working to bring back together the major donor base that produced a record-breaking fundraising haul in his first run for president.

In the past few months, Democratic National Committee aides have contacted several of Obama’s earliest financial backers to brainstorm about when and where to host the first money-raising events. Several big donors said they expect the Obama 2012 operation to open its doors this spring, with a string of fundraisers to generate the early cash needed to rebuild the president’s high-tech campaign operation. (Politico)

So who are the real Greedy, narcissistic bloodsuckers? Corporate America or Liberals and Their Unions?

I know which one I see.

And ObamaCare is jut another boondoogle masquerading as a massacre waiting to happen.

Someone call the Pima County Sheriff’s Office… 🙂

The Union Did It

The murder weapon has been found.

The culprit: A Government Public Sector Union.

The Victim: California.

The Patsie: Nikky Diaz ( the $23/hr “abused” maid)

The Pimp: Gloria Alred

Of Course, by now, you should have guessed I was speaking of the Nikki Diaz Illegal Alien Maid “October Surprise” that got uber liberal Jerry Brown elected as governor of the most bankrupt (economically and morally) state in the Union.

The scene of the crime: It’s late in the campaign season, you’re guy- the big spending liberal who’ll not cut your extravagant pensions or your extravagant unsustainable raises is losing to a Conservative who will gleefully slit the throat of your golden goose.

A friend has a friend who just happens to be an illegal alien and was a maid for 7 years  of this Conservative, Meg Whitman, that she was fired last year when that was discovered.

So you have a patsie you can gin up. You have a race issue you can gin up. And you play your cards right and you swing the election back in your favor.

Screw everyone else. This is all about ME.

ME ME ME ME ME!!!

MY PRECIOUS! 🙂

Meet the California Nurses Association.

The assassins are revealed to be petty, partisan, and ultimately very narcissistic, greedy public sector union employees who propped up not only Jerry Brown, but Barbara Boxer (against Carly Fiorino).

The sprung the trap. And gleefully so. But no one wanted to mention it DURING the campaign in October. No, that was secret.

Try as anyone might, no one wanted to give away the big fat secret that this was dirty hardball politics at it’s absolute worst.

We just had a frieghtened, script rehearsed Illegal alien maid cry on camera that her former boss was an arsehole, cheated her, and knew she was an illegal alien.

Oh, boo hoo! cry me pathetic…

So there. <<stick tongue out>>

The real story here is the hit job and what it say about “government reform” and the reform of government spending.

The Government sector unions have been milking the golden goose of what they believe is endless money for decades and they will not go quietly for anyone else’s benefit on cutting their lavish over-the-top pensions, raises, and benefits, that are choking the life out of California and many, many other states.

They don’t care. They are probably the worst narcissists of all. And they have a lot of power, especially with Liberals, Progressives, The mainstream media, and Democrats.

And they’ll use it to keep what’s theirs. Regardless of the cost.

They’ll be the people you see in the movies who has just found a golden treasure and are stuffing it in bags and down his trousers (or hers in the Nurse’s case) and when the tomb starts collapsing and the quicksand is rushing in and they have to choose between the treasure and their life and/or the lives of others, they will sacrifice every single person before anything else, and ultimately the treasure wins.

MY PRECIOUS!

That’s what we are up against in trying to reform government spending.

There are a lot of treasure troves and golden gooses that the public sector employees will guard with YOUR life and will destroy anyone who gets near their treasure.

Think a horde of Gollums from “Lord of the Rings” all reciting in unison “MY PRECIOUS!”.

And not only do these Gollums vote, but they have campaign war chests and dirty tricks squads and liberal media outlets.

They are Gollum on steriods. And they are addicted to their own One Ring. And  your death, economically or morally, is insignificant to them.

They don’t care. They are the ultimate addicts.

That is the challenge ahead.

But if we don’t meet it and we don’t defeat it, all is lost.

Cook their Geese (or at least seriously roast), or our Goose is cooked.

Period. End of story.

Irony and Compromise

Another Karmic Irony Strikes the Liberal Superiority Complex.

AARP’s endorsement helped secure passage of President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul. Now the seniors’ lobby is telling its employees their insurance costs will rise partly as a result of the law.

In an e-mail to employees, AARP says health care premiums will increase by 8 percent to 13 percent next year because of rapidly rising medical costs.

And AARP adds that it’s changing copayments and deductibles to avoid a 40 percent tax on high-cost health plans that takes effect in 2018 under the law. Aerospace giant Boeing also has cited the tax in asking its workers to pay more. Shifting costs to employees lowers the value of a health care plan and acts like an escape hatch from the tax.

“Most plan co-pays and deductibles have been modified,” Jennifer Hodges, AARP’s director of compensation and benefits, wrote employees in an Oct. 25 e-mail. “Plan value changes were necessary not only from a cost management standpoint but also to ensure that AARP’s plans fall below the threshold for high-cost group plans under health care reform.” (That would be the 40% tax on so-called “Cadillac” plans that the Democrats Health Care plan passed but then under pressure put off until a later date so that they could get the back room votes to cram it down your throat–all supported by AARP itself because of their own health insurance business).

WHOOPS! 🙂

Political Cartoon by Lisa Benson

After Tuesday’s election, the fresh new faces of the Democratic Party are … Harry Reid and Jerry Brown!

And Queen Pelosi is not going anywhere, she wants as much power as she can muster. To be an “obstructionist” maybe? 🙂

After all, the Democrats that suffered the most were the ones who compromised on there “conservative” principles, aka “The Blue Dogs” (22 of the 46 Blue Dogs up for re-election went down on Tuesday) What is left of the Democrats in the House is even more liberal and even more psychotically Left than before.

So wouldn’t she run, what’s left is more her ideological family than those nasty old blue dogs.

“Since they can vote with the Republicans in order to get their way around here, that doesn’t sit well with progressives — who don’t want to vote with Republicans ever,” Rep. Lynn Woolsey (D-Cali.), co-chair of the House Progressive Caucus, told the Wall Street Journal in July 2009.

So now you see the pretense of “bi-Partisanship” for what it was. And for what it is. The Progressive Left is not going to “compromise” with you. You will have to compromise with them. And that is a death knell. So beware Republicans of Democrat “compromise”.

Now: “From our perspective, our members did all that they could do and really left everything on the field,” said Levana Layendecker, communications director of the progressive grassroots organization Democracy for America. “Of course we are disappointed with the results tonight, but not surprised. Unfortunately, progressive champions became collateral damage tonight in a toxic environment created by Blue Dogs who refused to stand up for real change.”(Huffington post)

And just in case you were wondering, one of the comments on the article said “And we have a Blue Dog President”. YIKES!

But that’s the Progressive Left for you. They aren’t happy until everyone and everything is crushed and crushed FOREVER beneath their vastly superior feet! 😦

The Progressive Left’s Vision: “If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face – forever.”

So you want to work with or compromise with this??  Why??

Republicans took control of at least 19 legislative bodies, giving them control of both chambers in at least 26 states. After the 2010 census, the party will play a dominant role in redrawing some 314 congressional districts.

Republicans won 16 of 30 races for state attorney general, taking five away from the Democrats. And in a stunning rebuke to George Soros and his Secretary of State Project to control our election machinery, Republicans won 17 of 26 secretary of state races — a gain of six. They hold the majority of governors, including pivotal states such as Florida, Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

The GOP may even have the good fortune of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi remaining the poster child for dysfunctional government. ABC News reported Friday Pelosi was calling every Democratic House member who won on Tuesday, as well as many who lost, to gauge her support for remaining minority leader.

While we share the disappointment at the re-election of such legislative Smurfs as Harry Reid, Barbara Boxer and Patty Murray, the GOP’s failure to take Senate control is a blessing in disguise.

Full control of Congress would have let Obama run against Republicans and blame them for obstructionism and failure of the economy to recover. As it is, we still have Harry Reid to kick around.

As The Hill reports, in 2012, for the first time in two decades, the Democrats will have more Senate seats to defend, 21 seats vs. only 10 for the GOP. Throw in independents Joe Lieberman of Connecticut and Bernie Sanders of Vermont. and they 23 to protect.

So the biggest task facing the Republicans is not compromising with the Progressive Left, but getting anything meaningful past a  thin-skinned, ego-wounded but defiantly arrogant, messianic President.

That and the Ministry of Truth which will step up it’s attacks like they did starting in 2004 to destroy the Republicans for their own benefit.

President Obama is an ideologue bent on the fundamental transformation of America who would rather adopt a scorched America policy than admit to the resounding rebuke of his policies by the American people.

While the Democrats continue to double-down on failure, the GOP is in position to run the table.

If the Republicans don’t fold on a winning hand, we have some good news and bad news for the Democrats. The bad news is that the 2010 election results may have been the good news. (IBD)

So here’s to some “good news” in 2012. 🙂  The fight begins now.

Keep it Simple

Michael Ramirez Cartoon

Want to get a sense of how serious the Democrats are about listening to the will of the people and not their own ideological wet-dreams?

“Reelect me, keep Democrats on the field. And when we come back next year, maybe we will get to the public option,” Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.) said during an appearance on the Tom Joyner Morning Show.

2. While posing as campaign finance champions, the ultimate goal of the Democratic offensive is to intimidate conservative donors, chill political free speech and drain Republican coffers.

Chamber of Commerce official Bruce Josten tried to educate the public. “(W)e know what the purpose here is,” he told ABC News. “It’s to harass and intimidate.” Josten cited protests and threats against chamber members as retribution for ads the organization ran opposing the federal health care takeover. (Michelle Malkin)

Moveon.org anyone? (founded and funded  by Foreign Socialist Billionaire George Soros by the way)

3. Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House: When asked if she would debate her opponent in a townhall-type meeting she blew them off saying, “Let me tell you what my priorities are. My priorities are to elect a Democratic Congress. In order to do that, it is essential for me – time is money for me. [Traveling] around this country, to amass the resources to put my candidates on TV. Whether I get a bigger majority or not in my district is not the point.”

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tC4xMOwldSk

Good to have your priorities, straight. But then again, she knows the San Francisco uber-liberals would never vote against her no matter what she does (unless she turned into a non-uber-liberal that is). She’s Super-Lib!

The New York Times, a flea market of liberal activism, is chalking up Obama’s decline to the stupidity of the American people. A recent Times editorial put forth: “Insurgent Republicans don’t need details when they can play on the furious emotions of voters who have been misled into believing that positive changes like the health care law are catastrophic failures.”(Bill O’Reilly)

The fact that a solid majority of Americans have been against this monster since the Summer of 2009 makes to no impact on Liberals because they want what they want when they want it and will throw a giant hissy fit if they don’t get it or someone threatens to take their toys away.

It’s that simple.

By Victor Davis Hanson: We will learn in November just how angry the public is about a lot of things, from higher taxes to massive unemployment.

But the popular uproar pales in comparison to the sense of humiliation that we Americans are quite broke. In 2008, the public was furious at George W. Bush, not because he was too much of a right-wing tightwad, but because he ran up a series of what were then thought to be gargantuan deficits. The result was that under a supposedly conservative administration, and despite six years of an allegedly small-government Republican Congress, the deficit nearly doubled from $3.3 trillion to $6.3 trillion in just eight years.

Barack Obama apparently never figured out that he had been elected in part because that massive Republican borrowing had sickened the American people. So in near-suicidal fashion, he took Bush’s last scheduled budget deficit of more than $500 billion — in a Keynesian attempt to get the country out of the 2008 recession and financial panic — and nearly tripled it by 2010. Obama’s new red ink will add more than $2.5 trillion to the national debt — with near-trillion-dollar yearly deficits scheduled for the next decade. All of that will result in a U.S. debt of more than $20 trillion.

What exactly is it about big deficits and our accumulated debt that is starting to enrage voters?

First, the public is tired of the nonchalant way that smarmy public officials take credit for dishing out someone else’s cash without a thought of paying for it. Each week, President Obama promises another interest group more freshly borrowed billions, now euphemistically called “stimulus.” But the more public money he hands out to states, public employees, the unemployed or the green industry, the more voters wonder where in the world he’s getting the cash. The next time a public official puts his name on yet another earmarked federal project, let him at least confess whether it was floated with borrowed money.

Second, there is a growing sense of despair that even vastly increased income taxes cannot cover the colossal shortfalls. At least the old Clinton tax rates of the 1990s balanced the budget. But should we bring them back, we would still run a deficit of more than $1 trillion in 2011 — given the vast increases in federal spending.

That bleak reality creates hopelessness — and anger — among voters, who feel they are being taken for fools by their elected officials. The public opposes tax hikes not because they don’t wish to pay down the debt, but because they suspect the increased revenue will simply be a green light for even greater deficit spending.

Third, it does no good for Beltway technocrats to explain how deficits are good at “stimulating” the economy, or why they do not really have to be paid back. Voters know that such gibberish does not apply to their own mortgages and credit card bills.

Voters feel relieved when they can pay off debt and become chronically depressed when they cannot. When the government last balanced the budget in 2000 under the Clinton administration and the Republican Congress, the country collectively experienced as much of a psychological high as it is now collectively experiencing humiliation over being ridiculed as a spendthrift borrower.

So national reputation and sense of self also matter. Americans are tired of hearing about inevitable Chinese ascendency and American decline. They know China is still in many ways a repressive developing country facing huge political, environmental and demographic challenges. But Americans also concede that China’s huge budget and trade surpluses result in trillions of dollars in cash reserves — and hence global clout, world respect and a promising future that seems not likewise true of spend now/pay later America.

Fourth, there is real fear that something terrible will soon come from this unsustainable level of spending. Interest rates are at historic lows. But if they should rise, just servicing the current debt would cost even more hundreds of billions in borrowed dollars. Soon, we will face a bleak choice of either slashing national defense or Social Security — or both — just when the nation is graying and the world is becoming more dangerous than ever. Will the Chinese lend us the money to deploy an aircraft carrier off their coast, or finance new American health-care entitlements that they cannot afford for 400 million of their own people?

In this upcoming election, all the old political pluses — years of incumbency, entrenched seniority and pork-barrel earmarks — are proving to be liabilities. Instead, the more public officials admit to being in control when trillions of dollars were run up, the more Americans want them gone.

We are humiliated by what we owe. If we cannot pay it back, we’ll at least want political payback.

It’s that simple this year.

But it’s really hard to blame the Democrats for such childish behavior. After all, would you want to run on their record?

The First A-Bomb

Michael Ramirez Cartoon

“People are frustrated, they’re anxious, they’re scared about the future. And they have a right to be impatient about the pace of change. I’m impatient. It took time to free the slaves,”– President Obama speaking to young Democrats at a hip-hop concert in Washington.

After all, this struggle to retain their power is as important as freeing the slaves which the then Democrat party was against by the way just like they were the ones against the Civil Rights Acts more than Republicans. But those are actual facts and that’s the last thing you’ll hear from the Democrats for the next month at least.

In the 2008 campaign, Michelle Obama at one point said of her husband’s burden: “Barack is one of the smartest people you will ever encounter who will deign to enter this messy thing called politics.”

The president often clears his throat with “let me be perfectly clear” and “make no mistake about it” — as if we, his schoolchildren, have to be warned to pay attention to the all-knowing teacher at the front of the class. (VDH)

Hitler proclaimed that the Third Reich would last a thousand years.

It didn’t.

The Democrats are still hoping for the same thing.

And since they have shown the need to win at all costs and have a propensity for Ends Justify the Means they have begun their bombardment.

And the Ministry of truth will be right their with them, arm-in-armament.

It will not be about their actual “accomplishments”. It will be a war of words. Mostly lies, distortions and personal attacks.

FEAR IS HOPE, after all.

And the first of the “October Surprises” was dropped by ultra-liberal Lawyer Gloria Alred.

The maid who was hired through a legitimate company 9 years ago with all due diligence of the day. When it was discovered she was an illegal, she was fired. LAST YEAR.

But it didn’t matter until just now, a month before the election when she is neck and neck with Ultra liberal Former Governor Jerry Brown.

Only now it matters. If Brown was farther ahead you’d never have hear this one.

And now this maid who was making $23/hr should be in prison for felonies and fraud.Exposed by the liberals for their own gain. After all, she was fired in 2009 and is still here in the country, so what has she been doing since?

But do you think a Justice Dept. that has a policy and a practice of not prosecuting minorities is going to touch this with a 12-foot barge pool?

Especially, when this woman can be used a political pawn, and discarded like throwing out the trash after the election if Brown wins.

Cindy Sheehan, anyone? You do remember her right? 🙂

NO.

This is merely a cynical Political stunt by the Democrats.

As any employer can tell you, when an employee presents employment verification documents, they must be inspected and then accepted if they appear to be genuine. Meg and her husband took the appropriate steps as required by law. The documents appeared to be valid and they had to accept them as presented.

The Social Security Administration issued these “No-Match” letters for several years before stopping the practice altogether. They sent millions of letters every year, to employers and employees, before realizing the futility of the process. When Meg and her husband received the No-Match letter for the employee they took the same action that tens of thousands of employers have done; they asked the employee to correct the information.

As the No-Match letter states, “Any employer that uses the information in this letter to justify taking adverse action against any employee may violate state or federal law and be subject to legal consequences.” It is impossible to legally terminate an employee based on “clues” or suppositions about their immigration status. You must have concrete facts before you can take action, or else be subject to discrimination lawsuits. When the employee confessed that she was working illegally in the U.S., it was the proper action to then terminate her employment. (Fresno Business Journal)

But that doesn’t matter, because the whole point of this exercise was to set off a Democratic A-Bomb (Ad-hominem bomb) and smirk and act all superior. To puff themselves up.

The issues, and poor victim of this charade, the maid, reading a pre-prepared statement to camera might as well have been a captive of Al-Qaeda for all it matters.

Want to here Gloria Alred be destroyed by logic and reasoning: http://www.marklevinshow.com/Article.asp?id=1970739&spid=32364

When asked if her client was an “illegal alien” she said  “No”.

When pressed she repeatedly said she wasn’t an illegal alien, merely an “undocumented worker” (who has openly admitted to committing Social Security Fraud).

So the famed lawyer, Gloria Alred, deliberately dismisses the legal and lawful term because it doesn’t fit with her agenda.

And that’s liberalism for you and their view of the law.

And there are plenty more A-Bombs to come as the Democrats will stop at nothing to hold on to their power.

NOTHING.

Expect to see the next two weeks bring much more in way of personal attacks and allegations of scandal. And especially with so much money floating around in hard-to-track outside groups, those attacks are likely to be pretty vicious.
Washington Post columnist Eugene Robinson recently psychoanalyzed the falling support for the president by claiming that “the American people are acting like a bunch of spoiled brats.” (VDH)
After all, they are vastly superior to you and you are the Barbarian hoards at THEIR gates trying to sack their Utopian Dream so they have to do everything they can to destroy you. 🙂
When America votes for a liberal candidate, it is redeemed by the left as intelligent — and derided as dense when it does not.

As is their new “Made in America” campaign which bitches and moans that the Republicans are solely responsible for outsourcing jobs and that’s why you need to keep the Democrats.

The fact that millions have lost their jobs SINCE the Democrats took over. That the Stimulus was a total failure (upwards of $300,000 per “saved or created” job-mostly in the public sector not private sector to begin with).

That their refusal to extend tax cuts sends a message to employers that not only will ObamaCare kick your ass but now we are going to raise your taxes also!

That always makes a good atmosphere for job creation.

The Democrats can hang themselves on their “only for those making $250,000 a year” crap around their necks and choke on it. They refused to even bring THAT up for a vote.

And they left town knowing they had never done it.

So where are their convictions. They have none.

They just want to hold onto to their power. That’s it.

They will say anything. Do anything to win.

The End Justifies the Means.

Moral, Ethics, and the Truth Be damned!

We want to keep our power!

“And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy toward people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”–Candidate Obama

And Now, A Word From Charles

“Look, advertising is legalized mendacity. When you see an ad in a football game that tells you essentially if you drink the right beer or you drive the right car, you are going to get chicks, nobody sues them on the grounds of false advertising. So everybody understands that.

Those are the rules of the game. I draw the line — personal attacks on family or personal issues which I think are completely out of bounds. And that happens as well. But I think if it’s on policy or how a person has conducted himself in office, absolutely OK.”— Charles Krauthammer on “Special Report with Bret Baier” setting the boundaries for political attack ads.

But when the end justifies the means there are no boundaries.

Nothing is off-limits.

Nothing matters but winning.

The carnage is immaterial.

The Truth doesn’t matter.

There is only the Power.

And that is what needs to change.

Current polls suggest that these clueless and unappreciative Americans apparently believe that an elite education does not ensure their officials can balance a budget, pay their own taxes or speak candidly.

What an outrageous “How dare they!” thought.
