Learned Nothing

There is a lesson in every defeat, if you’re not too pigheaded to learn it. When it comes to the shellacking Democrats have taken in the last few elections, pigheaded doesn’t begin to cover their reaction.

Well, they are Homo Superior Liberalis, and you’re a racist, homophobic, sexist, bigoted neanderthal if you don’t understand that they are the superior life form with the superior intelligence.

So to show my superiority I riot and whine like a 2 year old who has had their favorite toy take away. My leaders pay for it. They tell me to keep it up.
Then I try to intimidate the Electoral College members like a mafia boss.
That’s how I show I’m superior because I already know I am.
Everyone in my echo chamber agrees with me.
So why are you so ignorant that you don’t?

With the exception of President Obama’s re-election in 2012, Democrats have been on a severe losing streak since 2010. It couldn’t happen to a nicer, more deserving group of people.

Americans had a large plate full of unfettered progressive rule in 2009 and 2010, and they did not like it. Ever since, they’ve been rejecting Democrats like a transplant patient rejects a bad kidney.

Only, the Democrats haven’t noticed.

With the exception of Barack Obama.

The cult of personality surrounding the president is disturbing, but less so over time as it became clear it was not contagious. Every candidate he personally pushed for went down in flames. Every time he put himself on the line for someone or something other than himself, he lost.

One shining example came when Martha Coakley lost to Scott Brown, a Republican in the blue state of San Francisco, er, Massachusetts, in a crucial Senate race. The only issue was the president’s health care bill, and it lost.

He is personally popular, but what he stands for is ants at a picnic. People have separated the two with him but married the policies and the party for everyone else.

Barack Obama is the best thing to ever happen to Republican get-out-the-vote efforts. The GOP realizes this, but Democrats are in denial.

You hear it all the time – MSNBC and CNN hosts and pundits can’t fathom the concept of their policies being unwanted any more than they can accept that they don’t work. Their losses have to be caused by other factors.

And they are obsessed to the point of cognitive dissonance about race where everyone who disagrees with them must therefore be motivated by racism.

Since the election, Democrats have blamed everything but a comet, a plague and the death of Prince for the GOP winning the White House and holding Congress. A couple more appearances by Howard Dean on TV, and you probably will start to hear about comets and plagues.

That’s the problem for Democrats – they don’t like looking into the mirror any more than the American people like looking at them.

You can’t shame the shameless. Nor can you get the Narcissistic to look at themselves critically.

I get that one of the stages of grief is denial. In fact, it’s the first one. Since having their posteriors handed to them in 2010, Democrats haven’t moved past stage one.

They blame the voters for being duped, self-destructive, even stupid. This year, with the rejection of Hillary Clinton, we’ve gone from being a racist nation that twice elected a black man to being a racist and sexist nation for twice not electing a woman – and for electing Trump. Oddly, the black man who beat her the first time avoided the sexist label because the left manufactures the labels. In the ultimate fit of irony, leftists even have taken to blaming media bias for their losses.

 

Missing from Democrats’ blame game is anything having to do with Democrats. It’s not that Clinton was a horrible candidate running to continue unpopular policies that have brought about economic stagnation; it’s that all of us who voted against her are a bunch of misogynists.

Racists, homophobes, islamophobes, and bigots! OH MY! 🙂

It’s not that Hillary’s corruptions were something the people did not want to reward; it was the media for reporting on them too much. It wasn’t Clinton’s decision to obfuscate disclosure rules and put national security at risk for reasons no one can believably explain; it was a letter the FBI Director sent so he wouldn’t have been found to contradict his sworn congressional testimony.

It’s always something else, never Democrats.

It’s never their fault, they are after all, Homo Superior Liberalis.

The last week and a half have demonstrated the power of denial and just how addicted the left is to it. They’re being rejected at every level of government. In many cases, Republicans won simply because they were running against Democrats.

Democrats: if we wish hard enough and crush people enough reality will bend to OUR will.

Given the names being floated to head the Democratic National Committee – the rehash of Dean and radical Congressman Keith Ellison of Minnesota – Democrats have shown they will not take that long, sobering look into a reflective surface anytime soon. They have learned nothing from the Obama years. Good.

 

But Republicans clearly haven’t either.

That the first thing they did after winning the White House and narrowly maintaining control of Congress was to attempt to reinstate earmarks shows this. How arrogant and self-destructive can they be? Wait, don’t answer that. Thankfully Speaker Paul Ryan killed that idea for now. But we have confirmation, as if we needed it, that Republicans are as obtuse as we feared and have learned nothing.

They say the job of parents of young kids is simply to keep the kids from killing themselves. It’s not that their suicidal. It’s that they don’t know any better, and curiosity forms before the rational brain.

With politicians, the rational brain works, but the arrogance of power overrides it.

But with Democrats the rational brain is non-existent and the emotions are King.

Thomas Jefferson said, “Eternal vigilance is the price we pay for liberty.” With the clowns we have in Washington, both in the minority and majority, we can’t afford complacency.

If Democrats somehow regain power, they will push the same policies, with the same arrogance, and the people will continue to reject it as if it were a compulsion. If Republicans go unchecked, they will turn into Democrats.

 

Each of the elections in the 21st century have sent clear messages to politicians about what the American people want and what we will accept, with each message louder than the last. The old way of doing things is unacceptable.

People want their liberty protected from government as much as they want it protected by government. It remains to be seen which way President-Elect Trump will slide on the scale, but Democrats and Republicans already have started to slide into their old habits.

If you thought electing Trump and retaining Republican control of government was the end of the fight, sorry to wake you; Democrats are out there ready to strike, and Republicans are ready to be Republicans again. This election was a game-changer with important lessons to learn. And there’s every reason to believe elected officials from both parties didn’t learn a damn thing. (Derek Hunter)

Especially those that remember for a FACT that Hillary Clinton’s people started the “birther” meme back in 2008 when she was going after then-Senator Obama.

The Liberal Media has been working itself into a frenzy lately playing word games like saying since Hillary HERSELF didn’t say it, it didn’t happen or simply it never happened despite the evidence to the contrary.

Liberals never let facts get in the way of their Agenda. The End justifies the means, after all. So lying is an acceptable means.

So the same outlets that reported the story in 2008 are now denying it vehemently with great gusto and partisan passion in 2016 because now SHE is running.

“Barack Obama’s mother was living in Kenya with his Arab-African father late in her pregnancy. She was not allowed to travel by plane then, so Barack Obama was born there and his mother then took him to Hawaii to register his birth,” the email that Clinton supporters circulated read.

Those anonymous people were hardly the only ones. In fact, as Joshua Green reported in The Atlantic in August 2008, a March, 19, 2007 strategy memo from longtime Clinton adviser Mark Penn proves that the Clinton campaign itself was pushing the conspiracy theory. Penn, in the memo, advocated that Clinton target Obama’s “lack of American roots.”

In fact, Clinton’s 2008 campaign manager Patti Solis Doyle confirmed that Penn wrote the memo via Twitter on Friday of this week—and also appeared on CNN to confirm that he did while working for the campaign and that he was fired for it.

During her CNN appearance with Wolf Blitzer, Doyle made it clear that Penn was a staffer and was fired by Clinton herself for spreading the rumor:

BLITZER: Someone supporting Hillary Clinton was trying to promote this so-called Birther issue? What happened?

DOYLE: So we — absolutely, the campaign nor Hillary did not start the Birther movement, period, end of story there. That’s not all. In fact, former Washington, D.C., McClatchy newspapers bureau chief James Asher on Twitter directly confronted Clinton questioning why her close friend and adviser Sidney Blumenthal was personally pitching him the story on Obama’s birthplace back in the 2008 election.

The former D.C. bureau chief for McClatchy claims that a representative from the Clinton campaign approached him about investigating the Obama “birther” claim in 2008. The new claim is casting doubt on the Clinton’s denial that her campaign was the first to raise questions about President Barack Obama’s place of birth.

In a recent tweet, former bureau chief James Asher said that in 2008 Sidney Blumenthal, a longtime Clinton staffer and confidant, told him “face-to-face” that Obama was born in Kenya.

 

Even, Mr. “thrill up my leg” Chris Matthews:

Not only that, though, but as MSNBC’s Chris Matthews detailed back in 2008, Hillary Clinton herself refused to put the rumors to bed.

“Hillary Clinton seemed to pass up an opportunity to once and for all put to rest the false rumor that Barack Obama is a Muslim,” Matthews said on his show on March 3, 2008.

Matthews said that Clinton was “going after him [Obama] on this Muslim issue” and that it was clear she had given up on “a clear chance to dismiss these bad stories being pushed by bad people that he‘s not the religion he clearly [is] to try to disturb people. She had a clear opportunity on ’60 Minutes’ to clear that up and she didn‘t take it.”

But we also know that the Liberal Media doesn’t care about the facts.

I was in an airport waiting for a flight yesterday and the banner on the bottom of the CNN news cast was about how Trump Lied. On my connecting flight 2 hours later, CNN was STILL again or still arguing that it was a lie.

Liberals are impervious to facts when facts conflict with their Agenda.

If you report that they started it in 2008, now in 2016 you’re the “birther” or “a convert” to being a birther.

Why? Because they say get to say what is true at that moment, and if it changes, it changes. The Facts are only the facts as long as the serve the Agenda.

And you are not allowed to disagree with that.

Period.

7 Year Rash

Today is the 7th Anniversary of this blog. For a long time this year I considered making this one my last because, quite simply, The Stupid Have Inherited the Earth. Intelligence and Common Sense (let alone <gasp> Logic) are Politically Incorrect. Hell, some Leftists have decreed that just saying “politically incorrect” is Politically Incorrect. 😦

So instead I thought I’d revisit one of my favorites from the last 7 years.

This also goes out the #NeverTrump -ers who are so mindlessly obsessed with hating Donald Trump that they are willing Hillary into the White House.

Hate never felt so Right. 🙂

And a special shout out to the Sabotage Republicans (The Establishment ones and their followers) WHO ALSO want Hillary.

The Generations (and possibly permanent) of damage you want to inflict on what’s LEFT of this country is so short-sighted you deserve her.

This passage from Norris’ op-ed lays out the disastrous consequences of the GOP not uniting in this election:

“If Republicans cannot come together as a unified body, then we most assuredly will lose the presidential election, and, consequently, lose many congressional and Senate seats. The Democrats will then dominate Congress, as well as the presidency, for God only knows how long. And most grievous of all, justice seats on the U.S. Supreme Court will be filled by Hillary’s nominees, and their next decade of decisions will certainly dismantle or destroy what is left of our republic.”

 

Norris was not always a Trump supporter — early in the election and going as far back as the 2008 election, he supported Gov. Mike Huckabee.

“After Mike dropped out, I decided to wait until the people chose the candidate they wanted as their next president. Then, I would wholeheartedly support that candidate, which is now Donald Trump,” Norris wrote.

Norris explains what would likely happen if Republican don’t rally around Trump:

“If reluctant Republicans and other freedom-loving citizens don’t rally now behind GOP nominee Donald Trump, we could elect Hillary by default, or by those who merely stay at home on Election Day.”

For anyone that is concerned about Trump, consider Norris’ words here:

“You can always tell a person’s real character and personhood by those who closely surround him, especially if they’re family. Consider not only how poised and positive Trump’s adult children are but also how much they admire and respect their father. Even the liberal media, with all of its bias against Trump, cannot say a negative thing about how much his children love him, and how much he loves his children.

Do you think that type of family passion and values could really exist without the family’s members knowing Trump is the real deal?”

Now think about the people that Clinton surrounds herself with — if you can stomach it.

Norris quoted these famous words from Benjamin Franklin: “We must all hang together, or most assuredly we will all hang separately.”

Norris ends with a call to everyone to unite behind Trump:

“I would like to encourage every Republican – whether establishment, moderate, liberal or conservative – to come together and unite for the good of our country. Actually, I would like to see independents and Reagan Democrats join us as well to help “Make America Great Again.”

Well, we have another candidate for “If Trump wins I’m packing up my Liberal Marbles and moving somewhere else!”.

Unfortunately, it’s Supreme Court Justice. 😦

The highest court in the land. The one that is supposed to be unbiased and rule via The Constitution and only the Constitution.

But, as we all know, Liberals are far to Superior for that.

The Agenda is The Agenda.

In an interview with the New York Times, Ginsberg laid into Trump and a possible Trump presidency:

“I can’t imagine what this place would be — I can’t imagine what the country would be — with Donald Trump as our president,” she said. “For the country, it could be four years. For the court, it could be — I don’t even want to contemplate that.” If it did happen? “Now it’s time for us to move to New Zealand,” Justice Ginsburg said, smiling ruefully.

That’s bad, folks. And it’s wrong. Judges are prohibited by Canon 5 of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges:

(A) General Prohibitions. A judge should not:

(1) act as a leader or hold any office in a political organization;

(2) make speeches for a political organization or candidate, or publicly endorse or oppose a candidate for public office;

Supreme Court Judges are not bound by these rules, but as The Washington Post points out, they are “exemplars” for the rest of the judiciary.

Then it gets worse:

Just a few days prior, she said pretty much the same thing in an interview with the Associated Press:

Asked what if Republican Donald Trump won instead, she said, “I don’t want to think about that possibility, but if it should be, then everything is up for grabs.”

Speaker Ryan: “For someone on the Supreme Court who is going to be calling balls and strikes in the future based upon whatever the next president and Congress does, that strikes me as inherently biased and out of the realm.”

Coming from the latest in Jar Jar models…dubious.

CNN: “He is a faker,” she said of the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, going point by point, as if presenting a legal brief. “He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego. … How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that.”

The Post doesn’t mince words in their analysis of this:

This was a remarkably stupid and egregious comment for a sitting Supreme Court justice to make on the record. Say what you will about Justices Antonin Scalia, who died in February, or Clarence Thomas, but they never weighed in on presidential politics quite like this. The closest example I can find is that in January 2004, during an election year, Scalia went on a hunting trip with Vice President Dick Cheney. That action alone got legal ethicists into a lather.

What Ginsburg did was way worse, though. Indeed, I can find no modern instance of a Supreme Court justice being so explicit about an election — and for good reason.

But she’s a Liberal, and you have to remember The Rules only apply to lesser beings than themselves. They are above such tawdry concern of mere mortals.

The Chicago Tribune had similar condemnation:

To say her public comments are unusual is like saying dancing cows are scarce. Supreme Court justices don’t — at least until now — take public stands on presidential or other elections. One reason is that they are barred from doing so by the federal code of judicial conduct, which states that as a general rule, judges shall not “publicly endorse or publicly oppose another candidate for public office.” They also aren’t allowed to make speeches on behalf of political organizations or give money to candidates. …

This kind of disgraceful behavior is beneath the Supreme Court. Justice Ginsberg should be ashamed of herself and step down immediately.

Er… maybe wait a few months to step down, now that I think about it. (Federalist)

CNN: Ginsburg was appointed to the high court by President Bill Clinton in 1993, and is now the senior member of the liberal wing and leading voice countering conservative Chief Justice Roberts. She has drawn a cult-like following among young people who have nicknamed her The Notorious R.B.G., a play on American rapper The Notorious B.I.G.

Acknowledging her own age and that Justices Anthony Kennedy and Stephen Breyer will turn 80 and 78, respectively, Ginsburg said of the possible next president: “She is bound to have a few appointments (to the Supreme Court) in her term.”

Now to the “Don’t do as I do, do as I say” Liberal category.

Apparently, Liberals are mad that Omar Mateen was a Muslim, and he dared to proclaim he was a ‘radical’ muslim to boot. Then the most evil being on Earth (according to Liberals of the moment) supplanting the Devil himself, George W Bush, dared to rub their collective faces in it.

That being Donald Trump.

That galls them no end.

The presumptive Republican nominee tweeted that Omar Mateen’s slaughter of 49 people at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, proves he was right about the threat of Muslim terrorists and that the ban he proposed on all Muslims entering the country—something he later referred to as a suggestion—would have somehow prevented Mateen (a U.S. citizen) from committing this atrocity.

Trump is also apparently calling on President Obama to resign for not saying the three magic words “radical Islamic terrorism,” nevermind the fact that Obama called it an “attack on all of us.” lynch3

U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch has told the gay community “we stand with you” and insisted that investigators are continuing to follow leads on the gunman and mass shooting at the Pulse nightclub…

She wouldn’t give specifics about the investigation or a possible motive. She said “people often act out of more than one motivation” and called the June 12 massacre at the gay club “clearly an act of terror and an act of hate.” She added that a motive may never be known. (WFTV)

Of course not. How could we ever know his real motive? Just because Mateen explained exactly why he did it to anybody who’d listen, that doesn’t mean it’s really why he did it.

So Mateen claim proclaim it to the heavens above and depths below.

But Liberals will refuse to admit to it. Because we all know that they are NEVER wrong. It’s always someone else’s fault. They are the vastly superior form of Life on this planet and you should bow down on your knees and grovel at their toes because you are so not worthy of their enlightenment.

So if reality is wrong, in their view, then you are wrong to insist that it is wrong.

In this case, Donald Trump.

He was right. And that galls them.

But what galls them much more is that he’s crowing about it.

In an instance where we all need to stop for a second, sit back and think about the government monster called “political correctness” that has been allowed to grow, this episode of PC Culture is being brought to you by the good people at the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Keep the word “justice” in mind.

Apparently the DOJ has been phasing out the use of the word “criminal” to describe well, criminals. On the DOJ website the newer term, “justice-involved individual,” can be traced back to 2009. However, the term has seen more and more daylight over the last couple of years.

This is from a DOJ release on April 25:

In an effort to help young people involved in the justice system find jobs and housing, the U.S. Departments of Justice and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) today announced $1.75 million for Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) and nonprofit legal service organizations to address the challenges justice-involved individuals face when trying to find work and a place to call home.

Even U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch got in on the action:

The future of our nation depends upon the future of our young people – including young people who have become involved with our justice system. By helping justice-involved youth find decent jobs and stable housing after they return home, these critical grants provide a foundation for a fresh start and offer a path towards productivity and purpose.  In the months ahead, the Department of Justice will continue helping justice-involved youth enrich their lives and improve our country.

Lynch can’t even say that youths have broken the law. Instead she uses the phrase, “young people who have become involved with our justice system.”

Didn’t being involved in the justice system used to mean something positive? Young people being involved used to mean that they were positively trying to affect society.

That is precisely what the PC Police want you to believe with their culture of sugarcoating everything. Despite someone breaking the law, no one should hold it against them, and they should be viewed in a positive light no matter what.

This directive coincides with President Obama’s repeated loosening of the reigns concerning convicts. Just recently, Obama changed the term “solitary confinement” to “restrictive housing” when he directed “the heads of executive departments and agencies” to limit the use of the practice.

For the sake of mocking “updated” terms like “justice-involved individuals” (because how could anyone not mock something like this?) here is a list of five possible “PC” phrases that MRCTV thinks would appease these “social justice warriors.”

But if the government steals these phrases as alternatives to the original terminology, don’t blame us.

Arizona

I didn’t vote in yesterday’s Arizona Primary. Not because I didn’t want to. or I was lazy. It was my day off. Not because of the reports of lines taking hours to vote.

Because I couldn’t. I was Not Allowed to Vote!

I’m a registered Independent. I was not welcome at the party.

KPHO-TV: The largest group of registered voters in Arizona cannot vote in Tuesday’s Presidential Preference Election.

Voters registered without a party preference now make up the largest voting bloc in Arizona.

According to the Arizona Secretary of State, more than 3 million people are registered to vote in Arizona.

Of those, 1.2 million are registered as Independent.

“The idea that you should be forced to take part in a party to be able to participate in the system is the most un-American thing I can think of,” said former Phoenix Mayor Paul Johnson. “They system today totally discriminates against Independents.”

Johnson has pushed for Arizona to move to a top-two system that would put all candidates on a single ballot, without party preference.

Arizona is one of 24 states where voters must register with a party to vote in the state’s primary.

So I stayed home.

Trump crushed my candidate Ted Cruz.

But the only satisfaction I got from yesterday was not really good in the long run. That of telling the all the little wide-eyed, rose-colored, almost-hippie like Bernie Zombies that the fix was in and being proven correct as Hillary crushed Uncle Bernie here in AZ.

The problem with a Dishonest Socialist (besides the whole Socialist thing) is that they are Dishonest. Hillary is the Dishonest Socialist. Unlike Uncle Bernie who has been a honest Socialist all his life.

He believes in it. His minions believe in his dream of “free stuff”.

Hillary, on the other hand is just power-mad evil personified.

She’s the Sith Lord of Socialists.

The Bernie Zombies who were all fresh faced and excited yesterday, are silent today.

Maybe they learned a lesson about power, but I doubt it.

While the victory in Arizona was needed, the loss of any delegates in Utah handed a blow to the Trump campaign as he seeks to avoid a contested convention in Cleveland in July. As it stands, Trump has 739 out of the 1,237 delegates needed, according to Real Clear Politics’ count. In comparison, with Utah’s 40 delegates, Cruz will have a total of 465 delegates.

So the Establishment will likely get there Brokered, smoke-filled Backroom, Convention.

And Hillary will benefit greatly from it.

And America will die. Once and For all.

But as Yogi Berra once said, “It ain’t over until it’s over”

And there is still Hope (just not the Obama type Hope, I hope).

Like Trump, Clinton’s luck changed after Arizona as well.

Speaking to his supports after losing in Arizona, Sanders contended that the race wasn’t over yet and predicted that he would pick up a victory later in the night — and in Utah and Idaho he was correct.

“I am enormously grateful to the people of Utah and Idaho for the tremendous voter turnouts that gave us victories with extremely large margins,” Sanders said in a statement following his victories. “The impressive numbers of young people and working-class people who participated in the process are exactly what the political revolution is all about. These decisive victories in Idaho and Utah give me confidence that we will continue to win major victories in the coming contests.”

Idaho’s 23 delegates and Utah’s 33 delegates will be split proportionally between Clinton and Sanders as was Arizona’s 75 delegates.

Idaho’s Democratic caucuses were open to anyone, regardless of party affiliation, who is eligible to vote in November’s general election and didn’t vote in the GOP primary which was held earlier in March.

Amazing hings can happen when you LET people vote.

Would things have been different if Independents like me were allowed to vote?

We’ll never know. There were potentially a million voters who weren’t invited to The Party. 🙂

As the Republican Party has gone to war with itself over Donald Trump’s morality and fitness for the presidency to such an extent that it has produced a #nevertrump movement, it’s hard to miss the fact that there is no #neverhillary movement on the Left even though she’s a loathsome figure. Granted, there are plenty of enthusiastic liberals who prefer the authentic, untainted embrace of an open socialist to the scripted foulness of Hillary Clinton, but at the end of the day, almost all of them are okay with her.

Let me ask a question the mainstream media is always happy to ask about Republicans, but never asks about its preferred candidates on the Left:  What does it say about you as a person if you besmirch yourself by voting for Grandma Benghazi?

Where, now, according to her revision of history, no one died.

Here’s a woman who lies so often that her name has practically become synonymous with deception.

Her lies are lies. Her Truth is a lie.

Unlike her husband, who was such an artful liar that people wanted to believe him when he wasn’t telling the truth, Hillary is ham-fisted about it. She tells obvious lies that everyone from the media to her enemies, to her friends know are lies right from the beginning.

But she gets away with it because the Liberal Media will not call her on them and her zombie followers haven’t got the mind to object.

How do you vote for a woman so dishonest that she claims her daughter was jogging around the World Trade Center on 911 or said with a straight face that she landed under sniper fire in Bosnia?

Because a) She’s a Woman. b) She’s a Democrat. That’s all the zombies need. There is nothing intelligent behind it.

When she lies about having her own email server and about putting our national security at risk by having huge numbers of classified emails sent to it, how do you respect yourself when she gets caught lying about it over and over again?

Speaking of that, there are few things less American than allowing someone to get away with breaking the law just because she’s privileged. It’s not even controversial to say that anyone not named “Clinton” who sent more than 2000 classified emails to a private server would lose security clearance and would be going to jail. In fact, even the Obama Administration has already put people in jail for doing less than Hillary Clinton has done. So, how do you look your own children in the eyes when you vote for a woman with an indictment hanging over her head who’s hoping to get off because she’s “above the law?”

Because she not an evil, racist, bigoted, Republican. 🙂

Additionally, whatever you want to say about the Republican Party this year, at least we knocked off Jeb Bush. How do you rally behind an even more pathetic Democratic equivalent, a mediocre woman whose entire career has been based on a loveless, dysfunctional marriage to a serial adulterer?

Because she’s a Woman and HIS dick works. 🙂

That should be her campaign slogan: “Vote For Hillary: She Married The Right Man!”

That would be a much better slogan than “Hillary For America.” Other than Barack Obama, there’s no one that half of America would rather see in the White House less than Hillary Clinton.  When you choose someone who has been despised by half the country for as long as Hillary has as your candidate, you’re saying “Screw you and drop dead” to everyone who doesn’t vote for your candidate.

That would be being a Democrat.

That’s doubly true since it goes without saying that there can be nothing but open political warfare between the GOP and a woman who has publicly declared that “Republicans” are her enemies. If you think our government is dysfunctional now, you haven’t seen anything compared to what it will look like if Hillary becomes President.

But it will be all The Republican’s Fault, as it has been for the last decade. 🙂

Yet, you’re supposed to stomach the nausea-inducting cocktail that is Hillary Clinton just because she’s a woman.

She lies all the time! But, she’s a woman! She belongs in jail after what she did with her email server. It’s a woman’s turn! She was a mediocre senator and people died in Benghazi because she ignored hundreds of security warnings? I guess some people just don’t like women!

It’s disgusting and ironic that a woman who worked overtime to protect a sexual predator like her husband from the consequences of his actions now wants to play the “girl power” card as the central theme of her campaign, but she has long since abandoned human decency in her all-consuming quest for power. But, what do you say about the people who are willing to potentially play along with this disgusting charade for the next eight years? The people who are just fine with pinning every failure, every lie and every inevitable disaster caused by Hilllary Clinton on sexism? That would be a much better slogan than “Hillary For America.” Other than Barack Obama, there’s no one that half of America would rather see in the White House less than Hillary Clinton.  When you choose someone who has been despised by half the country for as long as Hillary has as your candidate, you’re saying “Screw you and drop dead” to everyone who doesn’t vote for your candidate. That’s doubly true since it goes without saying that there can be nothing but open political warfare between the GOP and a woman who has publicly declared that “Republicans” are her enemies. If you think our government is dysfunctional now, you haven’t seen anything compared to what it will look like if Hillary becomes President.

Yet, you’re supposed to stomach the nausea-inducting cocktail that is Hillary Clinton just because she’s a woman.

She lies all the time! But, she’s a woman! She belongs in jail after what she did with her email server. It’s a woman’s turn! She was a mediocre senator and people died in Benghazi because she ignored hundreds of security warnings? I guess some people just don’t like women!

It’s disgusting and ironic that a woman who worked overtime to protect a sexual predator like her husband from the consequences of his actions now wants to play the “girl power” card as the central theme of her campaign, but she has long since abandoned human decency in her all-consuming quest for power. But, what do you say about the people who are willing to potentially play along with this disgusting charade for the next eight years? The people who are just fine with pinning every failure, every lie and every inevitable disaster caused by Hilllary Clinton on sexism? If you at least feel a little bit of shame when you pull the lever for Hillary, then congratulations, you still have a heart.  

 

Bordering on Suicide

On immigration, as on so much else, the Democrats have become the party of Obama — only more so. Because Wednesday’s debate was co-hosted by Spanish-language network Univision, and the questioning spearheaded by Jorge Ramos, an immigration activist masquerading as a journalist, there was little doubt that the evening would feature what Hillary Clinton’s detractors have derisively labeled “Hispandering.” But Clinton and her remaining challenger, Bernie Sanders, effectively promised an end to American immigration law. Clinton had previously affirmed her support for President Obama’s massive exercises in “prosecutorial discretion,” DACA and DAPA, both flagrantly unconstitutional amnesties covering together some 5 million people. However, prodded by Ramos, Clinton promised not only that she would not deport children — an assurance that every “unaccompanied minor” who has crossed the southern border in the past few years would be permitted to stay — but that she would not deport anyone without a criminal record, period, guaranteeing a permanent home to almost every illegal immigrant residing in the country, and effectively reducing crossing the border illegally to a minor and ignorable infraction. Clinton also reiterated an earlier commitment to somehow reunite families separated by deportation. With all of this, Sanders concurred. For both Clinton and Sanders, these policies are part of a “comprehensive immigration reform” that aims to grant a path to citizenship for all illegal immigrants already living in the United States. Neither of them addressed directly whether citizenship should be extended to the millions of immigrants who are certain to cross into the country during the course of a Clinton or Sanders administration, although Clinton seemed to swat away the objection on the grounds that that problem would not arise. “We have the most secure border we’ve ever had,” she said. “That part of the work is done.” This is pure delusion. Ask a Border Patrol agent.

Unsurprisingly, the immigration portion of the debate operated exclusively in the realm of sentiment. The hosts did not ask questions about, and the candidates did not proffer answers to, the serious logistical or economic issues related to these proposals. The only occasion on which they even broached the economic consequences of immigration was when co-host Maria Elena Salinas confronted Sanders about his 2007 statement that permitting more guest workers would “drive wages down” for American workers. Predictably, Sanders tried desperately to distance himself from one of his few sound opinions.
Donald Trump’s bombast has made it easier for Democrats to portray Republicans as wild-eyed radicals on the subject of immigration, and themselves as modest and “compassionate.” In fact, Wednesday’s debate indicates that a Democratic president would be the truly radical one, effectively abrogating by fiat a whole swath of American law. The alternative is simple and entirely reasonable: enforcing laws already on the books, implementing E-Verify nationwide, increasing penalties for visa overstays, erecting physical barriers along the border, and cracking down on sanctuary cities. There is a middle way between the ill-informed theatrics of Trump and the lawlessness of the Democrats, and it is imperative that the GOP take it.

But they won’t. The Establishment is too busy trying to save ITSELF to care about you.

Trump Card

I ran across a person dedicated to the Conservative (I wonder about that part)  this weekend on a Conservative Facebook group who is just as slobberingly mindless and just as childish and churlish about people who disagree with him as any Hillary or Bernie zombie is. He even use the same verbiage and manner.

His God is Trump. Trump is the Messiah. And all ‘false gods’ will fall before him.

The most disturbing part of the prolonged encounter this weekend was his fervent, wide-eyed glee for Nationalism.

The strong belief that the interests of a particular nation-state are of primary importance. Also, the belief that a people who share a common language, history, and culture should constitute an independent nation, free of foreign domination.

America for Americans, that kind of thing. Foreigners are bad.

A certain guy named Adolph once used this 80+ years ago. And he doesn’t care.

The problem is, The Republicans did this to themselves and refuse to even recognize it.

This election is the Republican Altamont, where conservatives got knifed by the Hell’s Angels. It’s our own fault too – the GOP teased its base, looked down upon it, lied to it, and when it turned out it wasn’t playing games and pulled a blade the establishment wasn’t ready.

I spent the last few days at CPAC, surrounded by conservatives, and there was a clear preference for focusing on the symptom – Donald Trump and his myriad failings – rather than the disease. Our problem is not this digitally-challenged, bizarrely phallocentric clown; it’s our failure to represent the people left behind as we got ahead.

Donald Trump is the fault of the GOP elite, including movement conservatives, who failed to listen, who failed to follow through, who thought we were meant to lead the benighted past their narrow self-interests and unseemly prejudices to a wonderful new world reflecting our benevolent self-interests and elite prejudices. Funny how the conservative, globalized utopia we sought to impose always worked out really well for us. Except those left behind aren’t laughing.

Trumpism isn’t merely about unfocused anger – it would be super-convenient to write this off as a temper tantrum that will soon blow over and allow us to get back to the business as usual of ignoring the pleas (which are now demands) to stop the immigration disaster, to address the fallout of free trade, and to stop the useless sacrifice of our sons and daughters in wars we’re too damn gutless to win. But it isn’t. Again and again Republicans promised to solve these problems and yet every single time they’ve lied. Rubio got elected in Florida promising to oppose amnesty then not only fails to do so but stands up with the Democrats and did the exact opposite. And we’re surprised a candidate comes along and points that out?

 

Think of this as, in large part, the struggle between the haves and have nots of globalization. Amnesty was a great idea for bubble people who think illegal immigration satisfies some sort of libertarian ideal, or who only experience its impact by being able to hire a cheaper nanny. It’s a pretty great idea for the illegals too. But leave your nice neighborhood and go where a high school grad who was born here can’t get a job as a roofer since any general contractor who doesn’t hire illegals is going to go broke because his competition will. Tell somebody whose daughter is shot dead in front of him by an illegal who got arrested five times but never got deported that it’s an act of love.

If we had built the damn wall we promised our base back then, we probably wouldn’t have that damn Trump now.

Free trade is great, in a macro sense. It sure helps enrich the donor class. But go tell the guy who lost his $25 an hour job because NAFTA let Carrier move its air conditioning plant to Mexico about Milton Friedman’s “Free to Choose.” What’s he free to choose? Long-term unemployment? Making a fake Social Security disability claim? Or taking a job greeting at Wal-Mart for $8 an hour?

Immigration and free trade are generally good, but they impose real costs and our base is getting handed the bill. These folks have been asking us for help, and what was our response? Shut up, stupid racists. Well, they finally found someone who is taking their side. His name is Donald Trump, and we made him possible. Hell, we made him inevitable.

And we made him a Messiah, so that his followers, like Hillary’s, don’t care one bit about anything that might prick the illusion of Godhood. They are Holy Warriors for the cause.

But hey, talking about the real problem – us – is hard, so let’s focus on peripherals and hope against hope that we can put the Republican Party’s accounting off for another cycle. Let’s talk about Trump’s weird penis fixation, because that’s easier than introspection. Let’s jump on the ridiculous KKK disavowal train or run a picture of people raising their hands and hint it’s a Nazi salute, even though not one of us actually believes Trump supports the KKK or is a Nazi, because maybe we can tar him (and his followers) with charges we damn well know are false and that will let us avoid the reality of our predicament for a little while longer.

 

The ultimate denial manifests in the idea that the reckoning can somehow be circumvented if Cruz or Rubio or even Cruz /Rubio wins the nomination. Who goes on the ballot to satisfy Trump’s rebels? Not Tiny Hands – no, he’ll never take veep. How do you keep the huge numbers of voters motivated by Trump and his willingness to at least talk big about taking the left-behinds’ side from walking? We can’t simply will them and their concerns into silence.

They follow their messiah, or nothing. Then you have just Queen Hillary and her zombies.

Worse, there are those of us who want to go third party.

Aka, the rumors of Mitt Romney jumping into the race to lose it again like he did previously but saving the Elites the ’embarrassment’ of Trump.

So, let’s play this out. Trump’s people win the nomination fair and square and then are told, yet again, “No, you still don’t get to win. Sure, you played by the rules, like you always do, but when we elitists saw the outcome, we changed the rules to make sure we won, as we always do.” Good plan. That’ll end well.

Sounds very Hillary-esque, doesn’t it? Very Power Broker. Very Elite.

The Republican Party is a round hole and its base is a square peg. They no longer fit together, and there has to be a reckoning. Change must come. Political history students are going to be reading about this seismic shift in decades to come, assuming the world doesn’t end in fire and blood. And do not think the Democrats are in any less trouble – we just aren’t seeing the fractures and the fissures in Team Donk thanks to a mainstream media that won’t report them and DNC superdelegate rules that have ensured the fix is in for Hillary.

Individual conservatives have every moral right to act on their principles and refuse to vote for an unprincipled, unconservative individual. Though I intend to vote for the GOP nominee, each new round of appalling idiocy by that vulgar human troll doll tests my resolve. But as much as we wish to focus on the flawed messenger, the problem is that we have refused to heed the message he has adopted (and which I have little doubt he will abandon if elected). It’s not the illegals who are living in the shadows; it’s our own base, the guys and gals who got the short end of the globalization stick. The vast majority of Trump’s supporters are good people who we have let down, and as free agents in the political free market they have found someone who saw a need and is filling it.

They aren’t going away; we need to reintegrate them. To bring them back into the GOP is going to require us to examine our ivory tower policy preferences as well as our prejudices about our own base – and it’s going to require us to start keeping our word. We had no sympathy for the plight of the base, and that’s why now we have the devil. (Kurt Schlichter)

CPAC Cruz

Constitutional conservative Ted Cruz  was interrupted by numerous standing ovations during a powerful CPAC address on Friday before an energized crowd, a fiery speech delivered without notes or teleprompter.

“So, Donald Trump is skipping CPAC,” Cruz said in his opening sentence, causing a roar of boos directed towards Trump, who announced that he would be skipping out on his scheduled speaking spot on Saturday. “I think somebody told him Megyn Kelly was going to be here. Or even worse, he was told there were conservatives that were going to be here,” he said to raucous applause. “Now, none of you have a degree from Trump University,” Cruz joked, taking a jab at the bloviating billionaire and reality TV actor who is being sued for fraud by 5,000 former students who believe they were scammed.

“The men and women here are a grassroots army,” Cruz told the CPAC audience. “The men and women here love liberty. And let me tell you, as dire as things are, people are waking up all over this country. And help is on the way!” he shouted to loud cheers.

Ted Cruz contended that the election is about three main topics; jobs, liberty and security.

“It’s easy to talk about making America great again,” Cruz said, taking a shot at Trump’s often repeated campaign slogan. “You can even print that on a baseball cap. But the question is, do you understand the principles that made America great in the first place?”

“The heart of the economy is not Washington, D.C.; it is not New York City, the heart of the economy are small businesses all over this country,” Cruz said. “You want to hammer the economy? Crush small businesses like we’ve done the last seven years. And if you want to unchain the economy, lift the boot of the federal government off the backs of the necks of small businesses,” Cruz proclaimed.

Ted Cruz directly addressed the anger and frustration felt by Republican voters who have been let down by politicians who say one thing to get elected, but upon arriving in Washington, immediately begin breaking their promises and not fighting for the issues they told voters they would fight for.

“Now, I understand that a lot of people in this country are angry. I get being angry — I’m angry too. For far too long politicians in both parties have lied to us. They make promises on the trail then they go to Washington and they don’t do what they said.”

Cruz said that there’s no example of this than the hot-button issue of immigration, which he calls a law enforcement, a national security and an economic issue, saying when you allow 12 million illegal aliens in the country, you take jobs away from American citizens and it also has the effect of driving down wages.

“There’s a natural question to ask during the Gang of Eight battle — Where was Donald? Donald was funding the Gang of Eight. He gave over $50,000 to five of the eight members of the Gang of Eight. And last night, Donald’s on stage promised all of us to be ‘flexible’…Flexible is code word in Washington, D.C., for ‘They’re getting ready to stick it to you.”

Cruz promised to repeal “every word of Obamacare,” implement a flat tax and abolish the IRS, rein in the federal regulators, stop amnesty, and secure the borders. He asserted that the economy would drastically improve with more and better-paying jobs.

He spent considerable time talking about the importance of replacing Justice Scalia with a principled constitutionalist and warned that America is only one liberal Supreme Court justice away from losing much of the First and Second Amendment.

The riled-up crowd gave Ted Cruz perhaps his loudest applause and longest standing ovation when he announced his attitude toward the nation of Israel, an issue where Donald Trump has said he would be neutral between America’s strongest ally in the Middle East and Palestinian terrorists.

“As president, I have no intention of staying neutral. America will stand unapologetically with the nation of Israel,” Cruz shouted, seemingly at the top of his voice.

After Ted Cruz’s 2016 CPAC speech, he took several questions from FOX News’ Sean Hannity and said that he agreed with Bernie Sanders on one issue, that the relationship between big business and the government is corrupt, but disagrees with the solution.

“If the problem is that government is corrupt, the answer isn’t more government,” Cruz said.

Cruz then explained the differences between how the economy performed under Ronald Reagan vs. Barack Obama.

“Reaganomics: You start a business in your parent’s garage. Obamanomics: You move into your parent’s garage.”

The Republican Establishment don’t want Trump so expect them to sabotage him or broker the convention, or at the extreme, run their own candidate as “an independent”.

The Power-that-Be are not going to be happy. So they will take it out on us as usual.

And we have a Devil of a Choice.

But ultimately, Hobson’s Choice is anyone but Hillary.

We KNOW what the most corrupt, power hungry, pyscho Female on the planet will do if we elect her.

Queen Hillary will be as bad or worse than King Obama.

So their is a hard choice.

It still has to be made.

Sowell of Emotion

Thomas Sowell: After months of watching all sorts of political polls, we are finally just a few weeks away from actually beginning to see some voting in primary elections. Polls let people vent their emotions. But elections are held to actually accomplish something.

The big question is whether the voters themselves will see elections as very different from polls. If Republican voters have consistently delivered a message through all the fluctuating polls over the past months, that message is those voters’ anger at the Republican establishment, which has grossly betrayed the promises that got a Republican Congress elected.

Whether the issue has been securing the borders, ObamaCare, runaway government spending or innumerable other concerns, Republican candidates have promised to fight the Obama administration’s policies — and then caved when crunch time came for Congress to vote.

The spectacular rise, and persistence, of Republican voter support for Donald Trump in the polls ought to be a wake-up call for the Republican establishment. But smug know-it-alls can be hard to wake up.

Even valid criticisms of Trump can miss the larger point that Republican voters’ turning to such a man is a sign of desperation and a telling indictment of what the Republican establishment has been doing for years — which they show pathetically few signs of changing.

Seldom have the Republicans seemed to have a better chance of winning a presidential election. The Democrats’ front-runner is a former member of an unpopular administration whose record of foreign policy failures as Secretary of State is blatant, whose personal charm is minimal and whose personal integrity is under criminal investigation by the FBI.

Meanwhile, the Republicans have fielded a stronger set of presidential aspirants than they have had in years. Yet it is by no means out of the question that the Republicans will manage to blow this year’s opportunity and lose at the polls this November.

In other times, this might just be the Republicans’ political problem. But these are not other times. After seven disastrous years of Barack Obama, at home and overseas, the United States of America may be approaching a point of no return, especially in a new age of a nuclear Iran with long-range missiles.

The next President of the United States will have monumental problems to untangle. The big question is not which party’s candidate wins the election but whether either party will choose a candidate that is up to the job.

That ultimate question is in the hands of Republicans who will soon begin voting in the primaries. Their anger may be justified, but anger is not sufficient reason for choosing a candidate in a desperate time for the future of this nation. And there is such a thing as a point of no return.

Voters need to consider what elections are for. Elections are not held to allow voters to vent their emotions. They are held to choose who shall hold in their hands the fate of hundreds of millions of Americans today and of generations yet unborn.

Too many nations, in desperate times, especially after the established authorities have discredited themselves and forfeited the trust of the people, have turned to some new and charismatic leader, who ended up turning a dire situation into an utter catastrophe.

The history of the 20th century provides all too many examples, whether on a small scale that led to the massacre in Jonestown in 1978 or the earlier succession of totalitarian movements that took power in Russia in 1917, Italy in 1922 and Germany a decade later.

Eric Hoffer’s shrewd insight into the success of charismatic leaders was that the “quality of ideas seems to play a minor role,” What matters, he pointed out, “is the arrogant gesture, the complete disregard of the opinion of others, the singlehanded defiance of the world.”

Is that the emotional release that Republican voters will be seeking when they begin voting in the primaries? If so, Donald Trump will be their man. But if the sobering realities of life and the need for mature and wise leadership in dangerous times is uppermost in their minds, they will have to look elsewhere.

Former governor Sarah Palin is an intelligent person, contrary to how liberals have tried to portray her. So it seemed to me that, if anybody could explain why they were promoting the candidacy of Donald Trump, it would be Governor Palin.

But I listened in vain for any evidence or logic that would provide a reason to vote for Donald Trump for the office of President of the United States. There were lots of ringing assertions, just as in Trump’s own speeches, but no convincing facts or demonstrable reasons.

After all these months, no coherent plans have emerged from the rhetoric of “The Donald”– just sweeping boasts about all the things he says he will achieve. But boasts about the unknown future are hardly reassuring.

However puzzling the fervent support for Donald Trump may be today, given how little basis there is for it, such blind faith is not unique in history. Other dire or desperate times have produced other charismatic leaders to whom desperate people have turned, with hopes of deliverance.

Trump is certainly different from establishment Republicans, but it that enough?

Things were appalling in 1917 Russia, when people turned to Lenin to try to get them out of a disastrous war abroad and a bitter economic situation at home.

The fact that Lenin was quite different from the czar who had led the country into catastrophe might have seemed promising to some people. He was also different from the ineffective Kerensky government that failed in its brief months in office. But the totalitarian government that Lenin established proved to be even worse than its predecessors.

The idea that someone quite different from those who led a nation into disaster can be expected to produce an improvement is a non sequitur that has seduced many people in many places and times.

Germany’s Weimar Republic was nobody’s idea of an ideal government but Hitler’s reign that followed was far worse in every way. Many Americans denounced the rule of the Shah of Iran, but he was never a worldwide sponsor of terrorism, like those who replaced him.

A pattern that would appear in many other places and times was one in which people’s hopes became focused on someone new, charismatic and with ringing rhetoric– but utterly untested for the job of governing a nation.

That is where we are today.

The Republican field of candidates has had a number of people with experience governing at the state level, so that they have a track record that we could scrutinize. But the media obsession with Trump has left little time for weighing the pros and cons of those governors.

Some of them have already had to withdraw before we learned whether their qualifications were good, bad or indifferent. This may be a misfortune for their political careers but it can turn out to be a disaster for the country, if it leaves the field open only to people whom we must judge solely on the basis of their rhetoric.

There are still some governors left in the running, but they are not among the candidates who have the highest support in the polls, where most have received the support of fewer than 10 percent of the voters polled.

Former governor Jeb Bush looked like the front runner at the outset, especially with his impressive amount of money in his campaign chest. But it is not nearly as easy to buy an election as some commentators seemed to think, so perhaps we can take some solace from the discrediting of that notion.

We might also take some solace from the support received by Dr. Ben Carson, despite the media-fed notion that conservatives are racists. Even after his brief time leading the candidates in the polls has passed, Dr. Carson remains the candidate with the highest favorability rating among Republican voters who were polled.

But there are few other things to feel positive about as the primaries approach. Common sense by the voters may be the best we can hope for. And that can save the day, after all. In fact, they may be all that can save the day.

Then Again… Jar Jar Jeb?…

So we now have factions uniting to destroy Donald Trump and Ted Cruz.

The RINOs hate both of them. And they’d rather have Jeb. Or Marco! Polo! Marco! who decides what he believe depending on the RINO popularity factor (he was for Amnesty before he was against it..sorta)

“I think people are concerned,” [John] Cornyn told CNN. “Because obviously the top of the ticket will have a big bearing on whether we’ll hold a majority of the Senate. We don’t need any headwinds from the top of the ticket. We need some tailwinds.”…

“There’s no doubt he has harmed relationships among people,” said Sen. John McCain, R-Arizona, the 2008 GOP presidential nominee. “I would assume that all members would work with the elected president for the good of the country. But there is no doubt there would be strains in the working relationship.”

But don’t miss the forest for the trees here. The fact that “conservative” senators openly prefer a boorish loose cannon with no ideological allegiance to the right like Trump to a guy whose conservatism isn’t in doubt even among the people who hate him proves Cruz’s point of how perverse the GOP leadership’s priorities are. The National Review published on Thursday night a scathing editorial and essays from 22 prominent conservative thought leaders opposing the candidacy of Republican frontrunner Donald Trump.

Titled “Against Trump,” the blistering editorial went directly after the businessman, asserting that he is no friend to conservatives.

“Donald Trump is a menace to American conservatism who would take the work of generations and trample it underfoot in behalf of a populism as heedless and crude as the Donald himself,” editors wrote.

What happened to ANYTHING BUT HILLARY/BERNIE?

Attention: Elitists

I know it’s Martin Luther King Day (though I have heard some leftist refer to it as “Civil Right Days” because MLK is not politically correct anymore) but BECAUSE He’s not PC anymore I present you resentment in another form. 🙂

A lot of us complain that our elite betters are ignoring our concerns, but nothing could be further from the truth. They have heard us all right. They have gotten together to come up with a solution to the many problems we have brought to their attention. And that solution is for us to shut up and keep sucking up whatever abuse they choose to heap upon us.

It’s all about empowering the elite to feel smug. And about sticking us normal with the check.

Upset about establishment virtue signaling that requires us to take limitless numbers of Third World denizens into our country? Mad when they take our jobs? Of course, aliens don’t take the elite’s jobs – for example, we lawyers get to bar people who don’t pass the Bar from horning in on our action, but if you’re an American who wants to build houses for a decent wage, well, too bad and so sad!

And if these uninvited guests change your neighborhood so that you can’t read the window signs, well, learn to accept diversity. Of course, these visitors never change what’s inside the elite’s gated communities – except when they change the rich kids’ diapers.

Oh, and if one of them gets hammered and uses his shiny new illegal alien driver’s license to ram his beat up Chevy into a car packed with your son and his friends, that’s a small price to pay for the elite redlining its collective sense of moral self-satisfaction. And if an illegal rapes and murders your daughter, well, better an American woman die than some dreamer’s dream of easy pickings be denied.

Attention flyover people down there below the elite’s private jets – time (for you) to make some sacrifices for Mother Earth! So what if the actual climate data refuses to cooperate with the climate change theory? So what if the elite predicted an ice age back in the 1970s? The solution to the problem of non-existent global warming is the same as the solution to phantom ice ages – give the elite more money and power.

In fact, there is no “problem” that can’t be solved by use giving the elite more of our money and more of our power.

Sure, some of us don’t live in coastal cities and our need SUVs for our families (we still breed out in here in America, you know), and some of us have jobs where we need gas-guzzling trucks. But the elite’s fetish for eradicating the scourge of the fossil fuels that made modern society possible trumps our petty livelihoods. Another couple bucks a gallon, another couple hundred a month for heat? Shoot, the elites can afford that, and the fact that the normals can’t shouldn’t keep their betters from enjoying the moral ecstasy that comes from imposing deep sacrifices on other people!

Of course, we are always those other people.

When elitists talk about how terrible the cops are, guess who gets mugged or worse when the crime rate goes up? Surprise! It’s never the coastal elitists and moral posers who love hamstringing the cops.

And when they talk about “gun crime,” how come the solutions always seem to involve making it harder for normal people to protect themselves and their families? How come these “common sense gun controls” never seem to target actual criminals? Hmmm, it’s almost like they would rather have us vulnerable and docile instead of able to protect ourselves from thugs…and tyrants.

Is it a secret where the vast majority of gun crime happens and who commits it? Here’s a hint: Democrat big cities and their residents. How about doubling up the cops in the ghettos, arresting the crooks everyone knows are crooks, and supporting the cops when they do it? Just kidding! There are no poser points to score by cracking down on real criminals; the moral superiority money shot comes from pressing that Manolo Blahnik high heel down on us normals and grinding away.

Resentful of Democrat-voting losers and bums who don’t feel like working but who expect you to toil to pay them off? Selfish!

Think that just because one of us would go to prison for, say, mishandling hundreds of classified documents, then a member of the elite should too? Sexist!

Upset that some skeevy weirdo pretending to be a girl is going to crash your daughter’s high school locker room for a bit of live entertainment? Transphobic!

Disagree with a leftist in general, You’re a racist or a Bigot.

So what if their candidates are an old White Socialist and old White Communist, you still hate Minorities. 🙂

Yeah, if you’re a normal American, you’re pretty much the root of all evil. You’re the worst of the worst. You suck.

And if you’re white, you are nothing but evil (unless you’re a Democrat or a RINO then you’re still evil but they want YOUR vote not ours).

There is a bigger controversy about to break wide-open that’s potentially far more significant than Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell approving Nikki Haley’s non-subtle attack on GOP frontrunner Donald Trump. That bigger controversy is the Spanish version of the GOP State of the Union rebuttal containing an “amnesty pledge“.

Governor Haley gave the English version, Miami Representative and party-insider Mario Diaz-Barlat delivered it in Spanish. Here’s a (paragraph by paragraph) comparison as translated by the Miami Herald (emphasis mine):

It is important to remember the backdrop to this current dual narrative (one the GOPe leadership want to say publicly and one they wish to keep hidden).

Back in June 2014 Speaker John Boehner was only two days away from calling up the vote on the Senate “gang-of-eight” amnesty bill, when House Majority Leader Eric Cantor was defeated in the Virginia Primary.

Mario Diaz Balart along with Paul Ryan and Luis V. Gutierrez were in secret negotiations throughout the spring/summer of 2014 planning the pathway for comprehensive immigration reform.    John Boehner asked Kevin McCarthy to “whip the house” and identify if they had votes for passage:

[…]  On Tuesday June 10th Speaker Boehner, Eric Cantor (Majority Leader) and Kevin McCarthy (Majority Whip) had lunch together discussing timing the vote Thursday night or Friday Morning.

However, later that same night the results from the 2014 Virginia primary showed an unknown conservative outsider, Dave Brat, had defeated (primaried) Eric Cantor.   At 7:00pm Tuesday night the first word went out that Cantor had lost.

So this hidden narrative within the 2016 Republican State of the Union Rebuttal should come as no surprise.  Comprehensive Immigration Reform is the GOPe agenda they continue to hide from the electorate.

The RINO Elite is just a Power Elite who aren’t any different realistically than the Democrats.

You should remember that if Trump of Cruz start winning primaries and the RINO set out to sabotage them for their own selfish reasons.

Don’t think the RINOs will sacrifice you to Queen Hillary if it means keeping their power?
