Gaga at Lady Gaga

I had to laugh yesterday when I was reading that The Left was all a Twitter in outrage that Lady Gaga didn’t just unload on the “fascist” President Trump.

It also amused me, in an Inigo Montoya “I don’t think you know” what that word means.

And just proves yet again that Liberals will politicize anything and everything.

Anti-Trump supporters were furious on social media with Lady Gaga for not being more overly political in her Super Bowl halftime set and not waging war with the President instead of belting out “Poker Face” and “Born This Way.”

The fact that the New York singer– real name Stefani Germanotta — who was an outspoken Hilary Clinton supporter during the recent election — didn’t rage against the President had social justice warriors … raging.

Rumors are swirling that the NFL had a word with the flamboyant performer to keep her act politics-free during a season that many football fans reckon has already been politicized enough.

Lady Gaga kept her political pronouncements to the bland bromide that we are “one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.” This despite the fact that her recent history as a prominent celebrity member of the “resistance” had raised hopes with liberals that she would sabotage the Super Bowl with a dramatic political intervention.

As usual, you don’t do as you are told 100% they eat you alive like a pack of ravenous wolves.

Colossal waste of an opportunity @ladygaga ; @pepsi @intel . I guess money really does trump principles. Disappointed.

good show but missed 🌎stage opportunity 2 protect & defend your #Monsters from the biggest monster of all. #Resist fail #GagaBowl

gaga was real good but missed opportunity to foment a nationwide coup

If you think @ladygaga performed good, then you probably voted for TRUMP and want that wall built 🐸☕️

Lady Gaga’s lack of a political message in contrast to Beyoncés Black Panther salute last year is telling. Black Women do the heavy lifting.

In fact, during a commercial break a few moments before the halftime show, Gaga appeared in an advertisement for Tiffany & Co., the luxury jeweler, in which the singer declared, “I am a rebel… I always want to be challenging the status quo.” It felt gross. And a few moments later — when Gaga began reciting the Pledge of Allegiance from what appeared to be the roof of Houston’s NRG Stadium — it felt like a lie. (Washington Post)

All this Tolerance, compassion, and sensitivity is just too much for me…
